Carsten holds a degree in translation from the University of Hildesheim, Germany and an Executive MBA from Foro Europeo Business School, Spain. He worked as a translator, technical writer, system administrator (both Linux and Windows), as well as an associate university lecturer (hardware and networks), and as a certified Linux LPI and Cisco CCNA IT trainer. Furthermore he has profound skills and work experience in implementing and optimizing technical documentation and translation management processes.
