Wein ist die Hauptbedeutung bei der Erfüllung unseres Hauptziels. Wir haben uns entschieden, dass wir Wein auf eine umweltfreundliche Weise erzeugen werden und dass wir im größtmöglichen Maβe alle uns gegebenen Vorteile nutzen werden: auβerordentliche Lagen, Klimagegebenheiten, Wissen und Erfahrung.
Besonderheiten unserer Erzeugung:
Trauben bauen wir nach den Richtlinien der integrierten Erzeugung an, was ein umweltfreundliches Landwirtschaften bedeutet. Die Nutzung von Düngemitteln wird überwacht und ist minimal, ebenso die Nutzung von fitopharmazeutischen Mitteln. Bei der Herstellung benutzen wir modernste Ausrüstung wie das Sprühgerät mit Elektrostatik, das es uns ermöglicht, dass (bei gleichzeitig hervorragend und rechtzeitig erledigter grüner Flächen) wir jede zweite Reihe besprühen und dadurch die Einbringung der firmopharmazeutischen Mitteln um die Hälfte reduzieren. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wird dem Anbau der Trauben zuteil.

Wine is of key importance to achieving our main goal. We have decided to produce wines in an environmentally friendly way and to make good use of all the advantages available to us: excellent location, climatic conditions, knowledge and experience.
The characteristics of our production:
Our grapes are grown in accordance with the integrated production guidelines, ensuring nature-friendly agriculture. The use of fertilizers is controlled and limited to the minimal, as is the use of pesticides. For production we use the most modern equipment such as electrostatic sprayer allowing us (simultaneously with excellent and due accomplished summer pruning) to spray every second row halving the use of pesticides. Special attention is devoted to the production of grapes. The vines are only burdened with minimal harvest.

Il collante a base di gesso - scagliola con l’aggiunta dei componenti specifici viene fornito in polvere in sacchetti di 25 Kg e se di buona composizione garantisce un’alta resistenza meccanica. Per una sicura garanzia la ditta CARRARO fornisce polvere per collanti di alta qualità.
Preparazione dell’impasto: in un secchio di plastica con 3 o 4 litri d’acqua pulita “sfarinare” a pelo d’acqua la polvere evitando la formazione di grumi fino all’assorbimento dell’acqua, lasciare riposare per almeno un minuto e poi con caz¬zuola o agitatore meccanico mescolare fino a ottenere un amalgama di media densità e l’impasto è pronto per l’uso. Utilizzi: per spalmare le testate delle placche sugli innesti maschio-femmina, per la sigillatura di interstizi alle estremità e sommità delle pareti, tamponamenti di cavità (per esempio sulla testa delle viti), graffiature e lisciatura finale delle pareti. La sua lavorabilità resta buona per almeno un paio d’ore.
