María Marta Montesano is a Certified Translator (Spanish-English) specialized in Law graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with 15+ years' experience and is accredited by the Sworn Translators’ Association of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She was part of the in-house translators’ team of one of the biggest international audit firms and, since 2004, she works as a freelance translator and editor for large domestic and overseas companies, as well as individual clients. She catered for important multilateral organizations and Argentine government agencies. María completed the University Professors’ Training at the University of Buenos Aires, where she is a faculty member since 2003. She teaches Translation and Legal English Reading-Comprehension courses at the Certified Translator and the Law undergraduate programs of that university. She also has experience as expert witness before Argentine courts.
