Source text - Spanish BASES DEL CONCURSO-VERANO
PRIMERA.- OBJETO, FECHAS Y ÁMBITO DE LA PROMOCIÓN.
La empresa,XXXXX (en adelante, “XXXXX”, con CIF XXXXX, con domicilio social en Barcelona, en XXXXX, organiza con fines promocionales, un concurso de ámbito nacional, a desarrollar a través de las cuentas corporativas de la siguientes Red Social: Facebook.
XXXXX, llevará a cabo la promoción entre las 8:00 h del día 24 de julio de 2019 y las 21:00 h del día 30 de agosto de 2019.
La elección del ganador se realizará entre todos los participantes que cumplan estas bases, durante el día 2 de septiembre de 2019.
La promoción se rige por las bases establecidas en el presente documento. Su aceptación por parte de los participantes es condición previa para participar en la misma.
SEGUNDA.- MECÁNICA DE LA PROMOCIÓN
Los participantes deberán subir en la plataforma XXXXX una foto de sus vacaciones con los muñecos de XXXXX y entrarán en el sorteo aleatorio todos aquellos participantes que hayan subido dicha foto en la plataforma.
Quedarán automáticamente descalificados del concurso, aquellos participantes que no cumplan con los requisitos de participación del apartado tercero o que suban fotografías donde aparezcan menores de edad (dichas fotografías serán automáticamente borradas).
TERCERA.- CONDICIONES PARA SER PARTICIPANTE
Podrán participar en la promoción todos aquellos que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:
- Mayor de 18 años.
- Personas físicas, exceptuando el personal de XXXXX sus directivos y cualquier otra persona que esté involucrada en la organización del concurso, así como los familiares de los mencionados anteriormente.
- Residentes en el territorio español.
CUARTA.- PREMIOS.

XXXXX declara que Facebook no avala ni administra de ningún modo esta promoción ni está asociada a ella.
SEXTA.- COMUNICACIÓN DEL PREMIO
Los ganadores serán informados personalmente por correo electrónico transcurridos un máximo de 30 días desde el cierre del concurso. Después de recibir la comunicación del premio, los ganadores dispondrán de 5 días hábiles para la aceptación expresa del mismo. Una vez transcurridos estos 5 días sin que el organizador haya recibido aceptación expresa de los ganadores se contactará con los suplentes correspondientes.
SÉPTIMA.- RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN

FIRST: AIM, DATES AND THE COMPETITION’S SCOPE.
