Source text - English New Delhi:
The national commission for Protection of Child Rights has written to the chief secretaries of all states and Union territories asking them to stop the sale of Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo in their respective states and also removing the product from the stock of the shops in view of the findings of the sample testing report from the Rajasthan Drug Control Officer.
While seeking an update in the matter from states, NCPCR in its order recommends that the sale of the product may be stopped till further notice.
J&J spokesperson said, “We did not accept the interim results of the government analyst that were based on unknown and unspecified methods and have contested these interim test results.
We will await the results and conclusions of the re-testing process at the Central Drugs Laboratory.
We are not aware of any directions from NCPCR.
It must be noted that any such directions, under the law , can only be issued under certain prescribed conditions.”

राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग ने सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के मुख्य सचिवों को लिखा है कि, वे अपने अपने राज्यों में जॉनसन एंड जॉनसन बेबी शैम्पू की बिक्री को रोकने के लिए और राजस्थान औषधि नियंत्रण अधिकारी द्वारा नमूने की जांच की रिपोर्ट के मद्देनज़र, दुकानों में रखे शैम्पू को भी हटाने के लिए कहा है ।
राज्यों से इस बारे में जानकारी मांगते हुए ,एन सी पी आर ने अपने आदेश में सिफारिश की है कि, उत्पाद की बिक्री को अगली सूचना तक रोका जा सकता है।
जॉनसन एंड जॉनसन के प्रवक्ता ने कहा, "हमने सरकारी विश्लेषक के अंतरिम परिणामों , जो कि अनजाने और अस्पष्ट तरीकों पर आधारित थे, को स्वीकार नहीं किया है और उन अंतरिम परिणामों का विरोध किया है।
हम केंद्रीय औषधि प्रयोगशाला में पुनः जांच की प्रक्रिया के परिणामों और निष्कर्षों की प्रतीक्षा करेंगे।
हमें एन सी पी सी आर के दिशा निर्देशों की कोई जानकारी नहीं है।
इस बात पर ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि, कानून के अनुसार, ऐसे कोई भी दिशा निर्देश, विशेष तय परिस्थितियों में ही दिए जा सकते हैं।

My journey of the life so far, ultimately made me a translator as I taught young children and then worked in radio which made me learn the language skills in my native language and made me understand that when we communicate it's important to be understandable along with being error-free and classic. Then, a corporate job gave me exposure to applied English and eventually translation became my interest and earning source.

I never settle if I am confused, I always seek my sources' and wonderful knowledgeable people's help so that the translation doesn't lose its soul. I am not perfect but I have a tendency to deliver perfect work.
