Source text - English 5.2 Ethical Conduct of the Study
This study was planned and implemented in compliance with the ethical rules for GCP set forth in the Declaration of Helsinki (1964) and subsequent revisions, sections 14-3 and 80-2 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, and the regulations forth in the Ordinance for Standards in Clinical Drug Trials (March 27th, 1997, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Ordinance 28.) Regarding preserving the confidentiality of subjects, this study was conducted while bearing in mind the human rights, safety, and welfare of the subjects, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
The subjects’ privacy was respected, and confidentiality was maintained when creating case reports, monitoring, direct access of original documents, and audit, etc.
Each subject was assigned a screening number and a subject differentiation code.
[Results of Ethical Study Implementation]
This study was determined to have followed the ethical guidelines and GCP set forth in the Declaration of Helsinki according to the “State of GCP Compliance” section of the report compiled by the principal investigator at the completion (discontinuation, termination) of the study, monitoring, and an audit at the end of the study.
5.3 Subject Information and Consent
The principal investigator and sub investigator (hereafter, investigators) gave the subjects the following information.
When necessary, other study staff gave additional explanation.
The investigators selected subjects who sufficiently understood the contents of the study treatment and voluntarily gave consent in writing.
As required by GCP regulations, consent was obtained before the pre-study screening.
The information form and consent form were signed and dated by the investigators who gave the explanation and by the subject, the date of consent was recorded, and a copy was given to the subject.

Translation - Russian 5.2 Этические принципы проведения исследования
Данное исследование планировалось и было проведено в соответствии с этическими принципами надлежащей клинической практики, изложенными в Хельсинкской декларации (1964) и последующих редакциях, разделами 14-3 и 80-2 Закона о фармацевтической продукции, а также положениями, изложенными в Постановлении о Стандартах клинических испытаний лекарственных препаратов (27 марта 1997 года, Постановление № 28 Министерства здравоохранения, труда и социального обеспечения). Что касается сохранения конфиденциальности информации о субъектах, данное исследование проводилось с учетом прав человека, безопасности и социальной защиты субъектов в соответствии с Хельсинкской декларацией.
Соблюдались требования неприкосновенности конфиденциальной информации субъектов, конфиденциальность сохранялась при формировании регистрационных карт, мониторинге, прямом доступе к оригинальным документам и их аудите и т.д.
Каждому субъекту был присвоен номер отбора и код дифференциации.
[Результаты применения этических принципов проведения исследования]
Было установлено, что данное исследование соответствовало этическим принципам и требованиям надлежащей клинической практики, изложенным в Хельсинкской декларации, в соответствии с разделом отчета «Статус соответствия требованиям Надлежащей клинической практики», составляемым главным исследователем по завершении (прекращении, прерывании) исследования, мониторинга и аудита в конце исследования.
5.3 Информация для субъектов и их согласие
Главный исследователь и заместитель исследователя (в дальнейшем исследователи) предоставили субъектам следующую информацию.
При необходимости другие сотрудники, задействованные в исследовании, предоставляли дополнительные пояснения.
Исследователи выбрали субъектов, которые в достаточной мере поняли содержание лечения, проходимого в ходе исследования и добровольно дали согласие в письменной форме.
В соответствии с требованиями Надлежащей клинической практики, перед проведением предварительного отбора получали согласи субъектов.
Исследователь давал объяснение касательно этих документов, подписывал форму информации и форму согласия, которые затем подписывал субъект, датировал их с указанием даты получения согласия, и выдавал копию субъекту.
