Source text - English 1. I. Conclusion and Content of the Contract
1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery shall only apply to sales and deliveries by us to businesses within the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code (BGB) and other persons within the meaning of § 310 (1) sentence 1 BGB.
We deliver exclusively subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery.
We hereby expressly object to any deviating terms and conditions of the customer.
2. The customer is bound to his order when his order is received by us. The sales contract is deemed concluded unless we inform the customer within 14 days from receipt of his order that we reject the order.
3. We accept only orders made on our order forms without additions (in particular the addition of special conditions and a change in delivery dates or periods).
If we accept an order that is not made using our order form, these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery shall nevertheless apply.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery shall also exclusively govern any orders of the customer transmitted via Internet or electronically.
4. Should the customer's creditworthiness be adversely affected (in particular if the customer is excluded from insurance coverage or if our trade credit insurance limits or reduces coverage with regard to the customer) we reserve the right to make any outstanding deliveries only against prepayment or the deposit of a security.
5. On our demand, the customer shall provide us with a credit report from his bank with regard to his business activities.
2. II. Delivery
1. Delivery is at the cost and risk of the customer. We deliver either freight collect or invoice the customer for any transportation costs paid by us.
2. We may make part deliveries for good reason if and to the extent this is reasonable for the customer.

1. لا تنطبق أحكام وشروط البيع والتسليم هذه إلا على عمليات البيع والتسليم التي نقوم بها للشركات بمعنى المادة 14 من القانون المدني الألماني (BGB) ولأفراد آخرين بمعنى المادة 310 (1) الجملة رقم 1 من القانون المدني الألماني.
نقوم بالتسليم وفق أحكام وشروط البيع والتسليم التالية دون غيرها.
ونعترض بموجب هذا وبشكل صريح على أية شروط وأحكام مخالفة من الزبون.
2. الزبون ملزم بطلبه حين نستلم طلبه. ويكون عقد البيع مبرماً ما لم نُعلم الزبون في غضون 14 يوماً من استلامنا لطلبه أننا نرفض الطلب.
3. لا نقبل إلا الطلبات التي تُقدّم في نماذج الطلب خاصتنا بدون إضافات (وخصوصاً إضافة شروط خاصة وتغيير في تواريخ التسليم وفتراته الزمنية).
إن قبلنا طلباً لم يقدّم في نموذج الطلب خاصتنا، فإنه وبالرغم من ذلك، سيتم تطبيق أحكام وشروط البيع والتسليم هذه.
ستحكم أحكام وشروط البيع والتسليم هذه أيضاً ودون غيرها أية طلبات أرسلها الزبون عبر الإنترنت أو إلكترونياً.
4. في حال كانت جدارة الزبون الائتمانية متأثرةً سلباً (خصوصاً إن كان الزبون مستثنىً من التغطية التأمينية أو في حال كان التأمين الائتماني التجاري خاصتنا يحد التغطية الخاصة بالزبون أو يقللها) فنحن نحتفظ بالحق بالقيام بأي عمليات تسليم معلقة مقابل دفع مسبق أو عربون ضمان فقط.
5. على طلبنا، يتعين على الزبون أن يزودنا بتقرير ائتماني من بنكه فيما يتعلق بنشاطاته التجارية.
2. II. التسليم
1. يُجرى التسليم على تكلفة الزبون ويتحمل مخاطر ذلك. حيث أننا نقوم بالتسليم إما عبر جعل مصاريف النقل على الزبون أو أن نرسل فاتورة إلى الزبون فيما يتعلق بأية تكاليف نقل قمنا بدفعها.
2. قد نقوم بالتسليم على أساس جزئي لسبب وجيه وذلك في حال كان ذلك مقبولاً بالنسبة للزبون.
