Source text - English The whole world felt sad to lose such a great character like Nelson Mandela. He died in Johannesburg on December 5 aged 95, plunging his 53 million countrymen and millions more around the world into grief.
South Africa buried Nelson Mandela on Sunday, closing one great chapter in its history and opening another in which multi racial democracy is the pillar of society. The ceremony has drawn 4,500 guests, from relatives and South African leaders to foreign guests including Britain's Prince Charles and American President Barack Obama.
Mandela spent 27 years in prison before emerging to call for forgiveness and reconciliation. He served just one term as the leader of South Africa and formally withdrew from public life in 2004, famously telling reporters at the end of a farewell news conference: "Don't call me, I'll call you." He spent the last twenty years of his life in the historic reconciliation between blacks and whites and this is why his death has left a deep hole in the heart of South Africa. His last appearance in public was at the 2010 World Cup finals in Johannesburg's Football City Stadium, waving to fans from the back of a golf cart.

وارت حكومة جنوب إفريقيا جثمان مانديلا الثرى يوم الأحد، طاوية بذلك إحدى أعظم الفصول فى تاريخها ومفتتحة فى نفس الوقت فصل أخر تكون فيه الديموقراطية متعددة الأعراق أساس المجتمع. وقد شهد هذا الحدث حضور 4500 من الضيوف بدء من الاقارب والقيادات السياسية لجنوب إفريقيا إلى الزوار الأجانب ومنهم الأمير تشارلز أمير ويلز والرئيس الأمريكى باراك أوباما.
قضى مانديلا 27 عاماً فى السجن قبل حصوله على عفو وإجراء مصالحة. وقد تولى رئاسة جنوب إفريقيا لفترة واحدة وانسحب رسمياًً من الحياة العامة فى العام 2004 وقال قولتله الشهيرة لأحد الصحفيين فى نهاية مؤتمر صحفى عقد لتوديعه "لا تنادينى لأننى سأنديك". أمضى مانديلا أخر عشرين عامً من حياته فى إجراء مصالحة تاريخية بين السود والبيض وبالتالى يوضح ذلك سبب ترك وفاته أثراً عميقاً فى قلب جنوب إفريقيا . وكان أخر ظهور عام له فى عام 2010 أثناء مشاهدته مباريات نهائى كأس العالم التى لعبت على استاد كرة القدم بمدينة بجوهانسبيرج حيث كان يلوح بيديه للمشجعين أثناء جلوسه فى الكرسى الخلفى لسيارة جولف.

Source text - English Arab League urges boosting economic, trade ties with Turkey Senior officials and experts from the Arab League (AL) and Turkey recommended activating the existing economic and trade cooperation mechanisms between Arab countries and Turkey. They also decided to hold another meeting in Kuwait on the sidelines of the meeting of Arab ministers of economy, trade and investment.
The AL's officials asserted the importance of enhancing the investment climate between Arab countries and Turkey and boosting the industrial and agricultural investment opportunities between them through establishing joint projects. They touched on ways to resolve disputes and facilitate cross-border trade by developing programs aiming at removing obstacles before investors and reducing the cost of the commercial transactions.
They also discussed ways of boosting the bilateral ties in the fields of trade, industry, banking services, tourism, energy, water, environment, sustainable development, food security, and scientific and technical cooperation. They welcomed the idea of establishing Arab-Turkey business council and signing a memorandum of understanding between the two sides.
Translation - Arabic طالبت جامعة الدول العربية كبار السياسين والخبراء العرب والأتراك بتعزيز العلاقات الاقتصادية و التجارية مع تركيا و اقترحت تركيا تفعيل آليات التعاون الاقتصادى والتجارى القائم بين الدول العربية وبينها. حيث قرر المجتمعون عقد اجتماعًا أخر فى الكويت على هامش اجتماع وزراء الاقتصاد والتجارة والاستثمار العرب.
و من جانبهم أكد مسئولى جامعة الدول العربية على أهمية تحسين المناخ الاستثمارى بين الدول العربية وتركيا وتعزيز فرص الاستثمار فى المجالات الصناعية، والزراعية، بينهم من خلال إقامة مشروعات مشتركة. وقد صرحوا أن أن حل النزاعات باختصار يمكن فى تيسير عبور التجارة بين الحدود من خلال وضع برامج ترمى إلى إزالة العقبات أمام المستثمرين وخفض تكلفة المعاملات التجارية.
كما ناقشوا سبل تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية فى مجالات التجارة والصناعة والخدمات المصرفية والسياحة والطاقة والمياه والبيئة والتنمية المستدامة والأمن الغذائى والتعاون العلمى والتقنى. ورحبوا كذلك بفكرة تأسيس مجلس أعمال عربى تركى وتوقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين الجانبين.
