Abstract
The junction between the lean orientation and the agile mode can only be assured by the interface of the SC (Supply Chain) and the DC (Demand Chain), called "leagility". What does this concept cover? How is it achieved? The answer to this double question suggests a multidimensional repository based on the triptych: efficiency, efficacy and responsiveness, the combination of which allows us to define not only the 3 determinants but also the related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Moreover, the deployment of this repository requires the use of instrumentation such as the Advanced Available to Promise Mode Batch (AATP MB / TR) in order to reach a compromise between the objectives of the SC and those of the DC.

Introduction
Nous assistons aujourd’hui à une économie de marché où les firmes doivent répondre à des demandes clients personnalisées & de moins en moins prévisibles. Cette évolution a contraint les entreprises à considérer le besoin client comme base de toute réflexion et organiser dès lors leurs processus logistiques internes et externes. En d’autres termes, les entreprises doivent pouvoir fournir des « bons produits » au « bon moment », avec des « bonnes quantités », au « bon endroit » & ceci au « meilleur cout ». Dès lors, deux aspects sont à privilégier : lean & agile. Le système qui permet d’opérer la jonction entre la « vision entreprise » (Supply Chain), & la « vision client » (Demand Chain) est qualifié de Leagility. Ce système représente l’interface de la supply chain & de la demande chain dans la mesure où il combine l’ensemble des attributs qui sont le triptyque efficience/efficacité/responsiveness. Il convient d’adjoindre à ces trois déterminants le critère de flexibilité dont la combinaison entre eux permet d’obtenir ce que nous pouvons nommer des niveaux de « performance composée ». Autrement exprimé, le concept de Leagility découle du couplage des approches lean et agile. Dans ce contexte, notre objectif est de formuler un cadre de référence multidimensionnel qui correspond à chacun des déterminants qui caractérisent le Leagility dont leur combinaison permet de définir non seulement les trois critères mais aussi les KPI (Key Performance Indicators) y afférents. Par ailleurs, la mise en application de ce référentiel requiert la nécessité de recourir à un outil multicritère d’aide à la décision tel que l’Advanced Available To Promise Mode Batch/Temps Réel (AATP MB/TP). Cette approche permet, entre autre, de trouver un compromis entre les objectifs de la SC & de ceux de la DC.
1. Leagility : Concepts & attributs Comme nous l’avons préalablement mentionné le concept de Leagility émane du couplage des notions lean & agile. L’orientation lean est une caractéristique de la SC qui a pour but de minimiser les couts (efficience). Par contre, l’agility est une caractéristique de la DC dont l’objectif est de fournir une réponse rapide & efficace aux attentes des clients. Nous pouvons alors configurer notre intention d’une chaîne logistique avec la DC orientée vers le client et la SC en amont.

En outre, il est possible d’ope rer le rapprochement lean/agile avec les concepts « d’avantage qualifiant » & « d’avantage gagnant » [1] comme pre sente dans le tableau# 1 suivant
Dans ce contexte, nous pouvons considérer la leagility comme étant l’hybridation des paradigmes lean & agile dans une stratégie logistique globale en positionnant le point de décloisonnement de façon la mieux adéquate au besoin pour répondre à une demande volatile en aval et enfin apporter le niveau de planification idoine en amont du point de découplage[2]. Nous pouvons illustrer les différents attributs des chaînes lean, agile et leagile dans le tableau# 2 synoptique ci-après :

Il résulte à la lecture de ce tableau l’existence de multiples convergences entre les deux types de gestion lean et agile. Dès lors, leur combinaison permet de parvenir à ce que nous avons préalablement défini comme étant la Leagility. Nous pouvons distinguer 3 éventualités de combinaison quant à la gestion des flux dans les SC.
Gestion parallèle des chaînes à la fois entièrement lean & agile Ce type de gestion recourt à l’utilisation de la loi 20/80 qui révèle que 80% du volume de la demande est engendré à partir de 20% des produits. Par conséquent, ces 20% de produits requièrent un mode de gestion différent des 80% restant. Dans le cas où la demande pour ces 20% est prévisible, l’approche lean est idoine, les 80% qui restent peuvent être gérés par un mode de management agile.

Gestion successive dans le time en mode lean puis agile Le principe repose sur le fait que la demande peut être stable & prévisible à un certain moment et être temporairement élevée à d’autres périodes. A l’instar des produits saisonniers où la haute saison peut être gérée en mode agile, la basse saison en mode lean, ou l’inverse selon les catégories de produits et la nature de la consommation. Au niveau de la capacité, les creux de la basse saison sont utilisés pour lisser l’activité.

Découplage de la SC Le point de découplage permet d’opérer la connexion entre les concepts lean & agile en insérant ce que nous pouvons baptiser « le stock stratégique » [4]. Comme l’illustre la figure # 4, et en recourant au concept de « différenciation retardée », les firmes peuvent se servir de méthodes fondées sur le lean jusqu’au point de découplage (pour les composants standardisés) et des approches basées sur l’agilité au-delà. Le concept de différenciation retardée est un facteur capital d’une stratégie agile. Ce concept industriel tend à intégrer les éléments de personnalisation d’un produit aussi tardivement que possible au niveau de la chaîne de transformation et de mise à disposition d’un produit.

2. Détermination des critères d’évaluation & des Indicateurs Clés de Performance (ICP) Le modèle le plus usité pour appréhender le concept de Leagility consiste à exprimer la valeur totale d’un produit sous la forme d’un ratio qui conjugue avantages qualifiants & avantages gagnants à savoir : Valeur totale = Qualité*Service/Cout*Délai Nous savons que le cout est un avantage gagnant pour un système qualifié de lean tandis que la qualité de service client en est quant à un système agile. Puisque la qualité et les délais sont des avantages qualifiants pour les deux sortes de systèmes, si nous considérons que l’efficience est inversement proportionnelle au cout (l’efficience augmente lorsque les couts baissent), que la responsiveness est vice versa proportionnelle au délai (la responsiveness diminue si les délais croissent) & que l’efficacité et la responsiveness sont directement proportionnelles à la qualité de service, nous pouvons réécrire l’expression de la façon suivante : Valeur Totale = Efficience* Responsiveness* Efficacité La valeur totale peut donc être améliorée en haussant l’efficience, la responsiveness et/ou l’efficacité, i.e. réduire les couts, les délais et améliorer la qualité de service. Nous pouvons dès lors parvenir à la leagility tout en s’efforçant à trouver un compromis entre l’efficiency, l’efficacy & la responsiveness. Il est donc utile de définir précisément chacun de ces concepts y compris également la notion de flexibilité, ce qui nous permet de conjuguer ces trois dernières valeurs & d’atteindre la leagility.
L’efficience Elle peut être définie comme l’adéquation des moyens et des résultats : « Est-ce que les résultats sont suffisants compte tenu des moyens déployés ? ». La performance est appréciée en termes d’efficience essentiellement en phase d’exploitation du système de production. Si elle n’est pas satisfaite, ce sont les décisions de pilotage (conduite & maintenance du matériel) ou de management (système humain) qui seront à prendre.
Figure # 5 Représentation de l’efficience. L’efficiency peut être améliorée par l’élimination des muda (wastes) i.e. par la diminution du niveau des entrées & une hausse au niveau des sorties. Ils présentent un référentiel bidimensionnel (efficiency & efficacy, cf. Figure # 6) afin de mesurer la performance d’une SC et précisent que, jusqu’à maintenant, la majorité des firmes se focalisent exclusivement sur l’amélioration des SC par des gains au niveau de l’efficience (réduction des couts logistiques, meilleure utilisation des capacités, baisse des stocks & livraison complète à date). De telles améliorations ont des impacts, parfois positifs, sur la satisfaction du client et l’efficacy de la SC. En outre, l’indicateur d’efficiency par excellence est le rendement d’un système. Ainsi, l’efficiency est une caractéristique de la SC dont le cout est l’avantage gagnant. Autrement exprimé, la mesure de l’efficiency repose sur le cout global de gestion des commandes qui correspond à la somme des couts pour la réception des commandes, le traitement, la distribution, le transport, la facturation & l’installation.

L’efficacité : Elle exprime la qualité de l’adéquation entre ce que l’on a fait ou produit (le résultat) & ce que l’on a consommé ou utilisé pour le faire (la ressource). L’effet du moyen est ici rapporté à sa cause (interprétation mécaniste ou causaliste), sans égard aux finalités du système considéré. « Est-on arrivé à ce que l’on avait l’intention de faire, à quel point l’objectif fixé est-il atteint ? ». Si l’efficacy du système, qui peut être bien souvent évaluée
grâce à des indicateurs de qualité, n’est pas satisfaisante, les actions envisageables portent sur l’organisation interne du système et sur les différents paramètres de réglages (ou variables d’action) accessibles. Ainsi, elle mesure l’aptitude du système de pilotage à tenir les objectifs qui lui ont été attribués (cf. Figure # 7).

L’efficacité d’une supply chain est relative à la préférence subjective du consommateur final & se mesure par la satisfaction client. Elle peut s’améliorer à travers l’adjonction de valeur supplémentaire. En somme, l’efficacy est l’aptitude à réaliser la « bonne chose », i.e. à répondre exactement au besoin exprimé par le client. Elle se mesure par le degré d’atteinte de l’objectif fixé. Quant à la mesure proprement dite de l’efficacy, elle repose sur le taux de complétude de la commande comme indicateur clé.
La responsiveness Elle peut être définie comme la capacité d’un système de production à répondre aux perturbations (d’origine interne ou externe au système) qui ont une incidence sur les objectifs de production. La responsiveness contribue à atteindre les objectifs d’agility en maîtrisant les changements & les incertitudes. Autrement dit, c’est la capacité à répondre vite et correctement au besoin du client. Elle se mesure par un temps de réponse. Quant à l’indicateur de mesure, nous pouvons recourir au Normalised Average Delivery Time (NADT), déterminé à partir des produits livrés. La flexibilité Nous pouvons définir la flexibilité comme la capacité d’un système à améliorer la performance d’une supply chain. Certes, il existe une jonction entre la flexibilité et la responsiveness dans le sens où elle ne constitue pas une fin en soi, mais un moyen afin d’atteindre d’autres objectifs (cf. Figure # 8) :

Par ailleurs, nous distinguons deux types de flexibilité : la flexibilité en termes de moyens déployés pour améliorer la performance globale et la response flexibility qui mesure la facilité avec laquelle l’adaptation peut être réalisée ( en termes de cost ou de delay). Au niveau de la flexibilité, l’indicateur le plus usité pour la mesurer demeure le nombre d’alterntives possibles quant au processus de
livraison. Les deux alternatives, possibilité de substituer des produits et d’utiliser plusieurs sites de distribution, constituent le degré de flexibilité. Il convient de souligner que les 3 premiers indicateurs définis sont dynamiques i.e. qu’ils peuvent évoluer avec le système. Quant à la flexibilité, elle se caractérise par un mode statique de par sa définition. C’est une propriété de la supply chain[6]. En outre, il faut tenir compte de la cohérence interne du système au niveau de l’analyse.
3. Proposition d’un référentiel d’évaluation de la performance du système logistique La combinaison des 3 déterminants constitue un référentiel tridimensionnel (cf. Figure # 9) qui permet de se positionner selon différents niveaux de performance possibles. Ainsi nous distinguons des niveaux de « performance pure » de ceux que nous nommons de « performance plurielle ». Les premiers niveaux correspondent à un positionnement sur l’une des 3 arêtes : l’efficiency, l’efficacy & la responsiveness. La conjugaison de ce triptyque avec le concept de flexibility permet d’obtenir des niveaux de « performance plurielle » : Le niveau d’agility est obtenu en combinant l’efficacité & la responsiveness ; L’obtention du niveau de leagility s’opère en agençant l’efficience (qui constitue le mode lean) avec les 2 dimensions traduisant l’agility, i.e. l’efficacité & la responsiveness ; Le niveau de leagility partielle axée responsiveness est le résultat de la combinaison de l’efficience avec l’un des critères de l’agility (la responsiveness) ;

La combinaison de l’efficience avec l’efficacité permet de parvenir au niveau de leagility partielle orientée efficacité. En somme, nous souligner que les 3 déterminants de performance du système logistique sont fondés sur les objectifs de la SC/DC à savoir de pouvoir livrer le « bon produit », la « bonne quantité » demandée par le client (efficacité), à la « bonne date » (responsiveness) et au cout minimum (efficience). Dans le but de faciliter le déploiement de ce référentiel, il nous semble intéressant de recourir à une instrumentalisation telle que l’Advanced Available To Promise (AATP). En effet, ce mécanisme d’aide à la décision associe directement les ressources disponibles (matières premières, en-cours & produits finis) aussi bien que les capacités de production et de distribution avec les commandes clients afin d’améliorer la performance globale en diminuant les gaps entre la SC menée par les prévisions & la DC pilotée par les demandes clients. Par ailleurs, maintes caractéristiques permettent de différencier les AATP à
savoir : leur mode d’exécution, le niveau de disponibilité, leur mode de gestion, leur étendue ou leur flexibilité [7] comme l’illustre la figure # 10.

Ainsi, il découle de la combinaison des 2 caractéristiques (modes d’exécution et du niveau de disponibilité) 4 types d’AATP comme le présente le tableau # 3 ci- après :

Il résulte à la lecture de ce tableau que l’approche AATP MB/TR permet l’intégration, entre la SC & la DC en prenant en considération les points de vue de chacun des acteurs.
Epilogue Dans un environnement où la concurrence est de plus en plus acharnée, les firmes doivent today être capables de répondre rapidement & correctement au client. Autrement dit, elles doivent pouvoir livrer les clients dans les délais, avec les « bons produits » et tout ceci au meilleur cost. Ce qui requiert de nouvelles réponses d’organisation industrielle & logistique. La leagility a permis de décloisonner la supply chain au sein de l’entreprise, engendrant des avantages concurrentiels substantiels pour celles qui l’ont implémenté. Dans ce contexte, nous avons montré dans un premier temps que le concept de leagility émane du couplage des orientations lean & agile. En effet, le mode lean est une caractéristique de la SC qui a pour objectif de minimiser les couts (efficience) tandis que l’agility est une caractéristique de la DC dont l’objectif est de fournir une réponse rapide (responsiveness) & efficace aux attentes des clients. La combinaison des 2, i.e. l’intégration de la DC & de la SC permet de parvenir à des systèmes leagile. Les 3 déterminants de la performance correspondant à chacun des 3 critères qui caractérisent la leagility. Cette dernière combine alors l’ensemble des caractéristiques qui sont l’efficience, l’efficacité & la responsiveness. Ce triptyque de la performance constitue le référentiel tridimensionnel auquel ont été également déterminés les indicateurs clés y afférents.
Par ailleurs, la mise en application de ce référentiel suggère la nécessité de l’outiller en empruntant à l’approche AATP MB/TR (Advanced Available To Promise, Mode Batch/Temps réel). Cet outil multicritère d’aide à la décision prend en compte le problème de gouvernance associé aux différents acteurs en présence et permet aussi de trouver un compromis entre les objectifs de la SC & ceux de la DC (intégration). Il montre également une certaine flexibilité de par la possibilité de substituer des produits, de livrer en plusieurs fois ou d’utiliser maints sites de distribution. De plus, dans l’univers industriel, il conviendrait de définir différents types d’application des stratégies en fonction de la catégorie & la priorité du client ainsi que le type de commandes. Enfin, ce changement intégral requiert temps & vigueur. Il est temps de l’entreprendre en ne craignant pas de remettre en cause la majorité de ses acquis.

I. INTRODUCTION Today we are witnessing a market economy where firms have to respond to customer demands that are personalized and less and less predictable. This evolution has forced companies to consider the customer's need as the basis for any reflection and to organize their internal and external logistical processes. In other words, companies must be able to provide "good products" at "the right time", with "good quantities" in the "right place" at the "best price". Therefore, two aspects should be emphasized: lean and agile. The system that allows the link between the "Supply Chain" and the "Demand Chain" is referred to as Leagility. This system represents the interface of the supply chain and demand chain insofar as it combines the set of attributes that are the triptych efficiency / Efficacy/responsiveness. It is necessary to add to these three determinants the criterion of flexibility, the combination of which allows us to obtain what we can call levels of "composite performance". Otherwise expressed, the concept of Leagility stems from the coupling of lean and agile approaches. In this context, our objective is to formulate a multidimensional frame of reference that corresponds to each of the determinants that characterize the Leagility, the combination of which allows us to define not only the three criteria but also the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to them. In addition, the implementation of this repository requires the use of a multicriteria decision support tool such as the Advanced Available To Promise Mode

Batch/Time Real (AATP MB / TP). This approach makes it possible, among other things, to find a compromise between the objectives of the SC and those of the DC.
II. LEAGILITY: CONCEPTS AND ATTRIBUTES As we have already mentioned, the concept of Leagility emanates from the coupling of lean & agile notions. Lean orientation is a characteristic of HC that aims to minimize cost (efficiency). Agility, on the other hand, is a feature of DC, which aims to provide a fast and efficient response to customer expectations. We can then configure our supply chain intent with client-oriented DC and upstream SC.

In this context, we can consider leagility as the hybridization of lean and agile paradigms in a global logistic strategy by positioning the decompartmenting point in the most appropriate way to respond to a volatile downstream demand and finally bringing the level Of suitable planning upstream of the decoupling point [2]. We can illustrate the different attributes of the lean, agile and leagile strings in the following synoptic table.

It results from reading this table the existence of multiple convergences between the two types of lean and agile management. Therefore, their combination enables us to achieve what we have previously defined as the Leagility. We can distinguish 3 possible combinations of flow management in SC. Parallel management of both fully lean and agile channels. This type of management recourse to use the law 20/80 which reveals that 80% of the volume of the demand is generated from 20% of the products. Therefore, these 20% of products require a management mode different from the remaining 80%. In the case where the demand for these 20% is predictable, the lean approach is appropriate; the remaining 80% can be managed by an agile management mode.

Successive Management in lean mode then agile The principle is that demand can be stable and predictable at some point and be temporarily raised to other periods. Like seasonal products where high season can be managed in agile mode, low season in lean mode, or the reverse according to the categories of products and the nature of the consumption. In terms of capacity, the troughs of the low season are used to
smooth the activity.
Figure 3 the response to a changing demand [4]. B. Decoupling of SC The decoupling point makes it possible to connect the lean and agile concepts by inserting what we can call "strategic stock" [4]. As illustrated in Figure 4, and using the concept of "delayed differentiation", firms can use lean-based methods up to the point of decoupling (for standardized components) Agility beyond. The concept of delayed differentiation is a key factor in an agile strategy. This industrial concept tends to integrate the elements of personalization of a product as late as possible in the chain of transformation and provision of a product.

III. DETERMINATION OF EVALUATION CRITERIA & KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI) The most commonly used model to understand the concept of Leagility is to express the total value of a product in the form of a ratio that combines qualifying benefits with winning advantages:

Total Value = Quality * Service / Cost * Deadline (1) We know that the cost is a winning advantage for a qualified lean system while the quality of customer service is as for an agile system. Since quality and lead times are qualifying benefits for both kinds of systems, if we consider efficiency to be inversely proportional to cost (efficiency increases when costs fall), responsiveness is vice versa proportional to time ( Responsiveness decreases if delays increase) & effectiveness and responsiveness are directly proportional to the quality of service we can rewrite the expression as follows:
Total Value = Efficiency * Responsiveness * Efficacy (2)
The total value can therefore be improved by increasing efficiency, responsiveness and / or efficacy, i.e. reducing costs, delays and improving the quality of service. We can therefore achieve the leagility while striving to find a compromise between efficiency, efficacy and responsiveness. It is therefore useful to define precisely each of these concepts including also the notion of flexibility, which allows us to combine these last three values and reach the leagility. A. Efficiency It can be defined as the adequacy of the means and the results: "Are the results sufficient in view of the means deployed? ". Performance is assessed in terms of efficiency mainly during the operating phase of the production system. If it is not satisfied, it is the decisions of piloting (management and maintenance of equipment) or management (human system) that should be taken.

The efficiency can be improved by the elimination of the muda (wastes) i.e. by the decrease of the level of the inputs and an increase at the level of the outputs. They present a two-dimensional framework (efficiency and effectiveness, see Fig. 6) to measure the performance of an SC and indicate that, until now, the majority of firms focus exclusively on the improvement of SC by gains In terms of efficiency (reduction of logistical costs, better utilization of capacity, decrease in stocks and complete delivery to date). Such improvements have sometimes positive impacts on customer satisfaction and CS effectiveness. In addition, the efficiency indicator is
the performance of a system. Thus, efficiency is a characteristic of the SC whose cost is the winning advantage. Otherwise expressed, the measure of efficiency is based on the overall cost of order management which corresponds to the sum of the costs for receipt of orders, processing, distribution, transport, billing and installation.

Efficacy It expresses the quality of the adequacy between what one has done or produced (the outcome) and what one has consumed or used to do (the resource). The effect of the means is here related to its cause (mechanistic or causal interpretation), regardless of the purpose of the system under consideration. "Did we get to what we intended to do, to what extent was the target set? ". While the effectiveness of the system, which can often be assessed using quality indicators, is not satisfactory, the possible actions concern the internal organization of the system and the different parameters of the adjustments (or action variables) accessible. Thus, it measures the ability of the steering system to meet the objectives assigned to it (see Fig.7).

The efficacy of a supply chain is relative to the subjective preference of the final consumer and is measured by customer satisfaction. It can be improved through the improvement of additional value. In short, efficacy is the ability to achieve the "right thing", i.e. to respond exactly to the need expressed by the client. It is measured by the degree of achievement of the objective set. As for the measure of efficacy itself, it is based on the completeness of the order as

a key indicator C. Responsiveness It can be defined as the capacity of a production system to respond to disturbances (internal or external to the system) that affect production objectives. Responsiveness helps to achieve agility goals by controlling changes and uncertainties. In other words, it is the ability to respond quickly and correctly to the client's need. It is measured by a response time. As for the measurement indicator, we can use the Normalized Average Delivery Time (NADT), determined from the delivered products. D. Flexibility We can define flexibility as the ability of a system to improve the performance of a supply chain. There is, of course, a link between flexibility and responsiveness in the sense that it is not an end but a means to achieve other goals (see Fig. 8):

We distinguish two types of flexibility: flexibility in terms of means deployed to improve overall performance and response flexibility that measures the ease with which adaptation can be achieved (in terms of cost or delay). In terms of flexibility, the most common indicator for measuring it remains the number of possible alternatives to the delivery process. The two alternatives, the possibility of substituting products and using several distribution sites, constitute the degree of flexibility. It should be emphasized that the first 3 defined indicators are dynamic i.e. they can evolve with the system. As for flexibility, it is characterized by a static mode by its definition. It is a property of the supply chain [6]. Finally, the internal consistency of the system must be considered in the analysis.
IV. PROPOSAL OF A BENCHMARK FOR THE EVALUATION OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE LOGISTICS SYSTEM The combination of the three determinants constitutes a three-dimensional referential (see Fig. 9) which allows positioning itself per different possible levels of performance. Thus, we distinguish levels of "pure performance" from those we call "plural performance". The first levels correspond to a positioning on one of the 3 edges: efficacy, efficiency & responsiveness. The combination of
this triptych with the concept of flexibility makes it possible to obtain levels of "plural performance". • Agility level is achieved by combining efficiency & responsiveness; • The achievement of the level of leagility is effected by agencing the efficiency (which constitutes the lean mode) with the 2 dimensions translating agility, i.e. efficacy & responsiveness; • The level of responsiveness partial leagility is the result of the combination of efficiency with one of the criteria of agility (responsiveness); • The combination of efficiency and efficiency allows to reach the level of partial leagility oriented efficacy.

In sum, we emphasize that the three determinants of performance of the logistics system are based on SC / DC's objectives of being able to deliver the "right product", the "right quantity" requested by the customer (efficacy), Responsiveness and minimum cost. In order to facilitate the deployment of this repository, it seems interesting to us to use instrumentation such as the Advanced Available To Promise (AATP). This decision-making mechanism directly combines the available resources (raw materials, work in process & finished products) as well as production and distribution capacities with customer orders to improve overall performance by reducing the gaps between the SC driven by the forecast and the DC driven by the customer requests. Moreover, many characteristics make it possible to differentiate the AATPs: their mode of execution, the level of availability, their management mode, their extent or their flexibility [7] as illustrated in Fig. 10.

V. CONCLUSION In an increasingly competitive environment, firms today must be able to respond quickly and correctly to the customer. In other words, they must be able to deliver customers on time, with "good products" and all this at the best cost. This requires new responses of industrial organization and logistics. Leagility has made it possible to decompartmentalize the supply chain within the company, generating substantial competitive advantages for those who have implemented it. In this context, we have shown first that the concept of leagility emanates from the coupling of lean and agile orientations. Indeed, the lean mode is a characteristic of the SC that aims to minimize costs while agility is a characteristic of the DC whose objective is to provide a responsiveness and efficacious response to Expectations of customers. The combination of the 2, i.e. integration of DC & SC allows to achieve leagile systems. The 3 determinants of performance corresponding to each of the 3 criteria that characterize the leagility. The latter then combines all the features that are efficiency, efficiency & responsiveness. This performance triptych is the three-dimensional frame of reference to which the key indicators relating to performance have also been determined. In addition, the implementation of this referential suggests the need to equip it with the AATP MB / TR approach (Advanced Available to Promise). This multi-criterion decision-making tool considers the governance problem associated with the various actors involved and makes it possible to find a compromise between the objectives of the SC and those of the DC (integration). It also shows certain flexibility by the possibility of substituting products, delivering in several times or using many distribution sites. Moreover, in the industrial world, different types of application of the strategies should be defined per the category and the priority of the client as well as the type of orders. Finally, this full change requires time & force. It is time to do so without fear of challenging most its achievements

All the more so, that with digital technology, access to information is no longer the key element of competitiveness. It is the ability of all stakeholders to share, transform, understand, interpret and use it that represents the foundation of the Business Intelligence.
Moreover, the emergence and evolution of "Big Data" may shift, once again, the focus on technical aspects at the expense of decision-making needs. Since then, a seasoned watcher won’t lose sight of the decision making requirements in complex and unknown universe.
This article attempts to answer the following questions:
i. What are copyrightable information and those of "free range"?
ii. What rights can a company claim over the use, by third parties, of data concerning it?
In other words, it is necessary to know what data the company has, where they are, which of these must be protected. It is through this approach that it will be able to reduce its exposure to risks.
Thereafter, technical and computerized means must be used, the advantage of which is to prevent strategic slippages. In addition to these protections, the legal framework for information in the era of the « communication society » needs to be strengthened.
Indeed, give little importance, if not importance, to the legal aspects of an economic situation is able to underestimate the effects of the law on the games of the market.
