In the Legal Council convened in my presence , I ……,the Religious Judge of …...., received the legally capable ………….from ……….. resident in …..….., and after legal identification by the legally capable ….…. and ..……, he resolved , stating :
I revocably divorced my wife with whom I had legally consummated the marriage ….. in according with Divorced Certificate No. …..dated / / 19 issued by the Religious Court of……, and whereas she is still within the legally prescribed waiting period before remarrying, I return her to my matrimonial authority and to my contract of marriage and request that this be recorded and that she be informed .
According , whereas he made this resolution, and whereas he is competent to do so , I informed him that his aforementioned wife had returned to his legal matrimonial authority since she was within the legally prescribed waiting period before remarrying, and it was decided that she be informed of this.

20 إلى 21 شعبان 1424هـ ( الموافق 16 – 17 أكتوبر 2003م
1. وسط اهتمام دولي كبير عقدت الدورة العاشرة لمؤتمر القمة الإسلامي (دورة المعرفة والأخلاق من أجل تقدم الأمة) في مدينة بوتراجايا ، ماليزيا يومي 20 و 21 شعبان 1424هـ، الموافق 16 و 17 أكتوبر 2003. وقد شارك في القمة وفود مثلت كافة الدول الأعضاء والمراقبة والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية وأجهزة المنظمة المتفرعة والمتخصصة وعدد من الجمعيات والمؤسسات والجماعات الإسلامية وجمع من الضيوف والمهتمين بأعمال منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي.
2. افتتحت القمة بتلاوة عطرة من كتاب الله العزيز، ثم ألقى حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني، أمير دولة قطر، رئيس الدورة التاسعة لمؤتمر القمة الإسلامي، كلمة ضافية قدّم فيها استعراضاً لما قامت به بلاده طوال ثلاث سنوات تولت فيها رئاسة مؤتمر القمة الإسلامي. وقد اعتمدت كلمة سمو الأمير وثيقة رسمية من وثائق المؤتمر.
3. ألقى الدكتور مهاتير محمد، رئيس وزراء ماليزيا خطبة جامعة رحب فيها بقادة وممثلي العالم الإسلامي والضيوف الكرام، وتناول بعمق شديد التحديات التي تواجه الأمة الإسلامية. وقد اعتبرت كلمة الدكتور مهاتير وثيقة من وثائق المؤتمر.

of the Tenth Session of the Islamic Summit Conference
(Session of Knowledge and Morality for the Progress of Ummah)
Putrajaya – Malaysia
20 - 21 Sha’aban 1424 H. 16-17 October 2003
1. The Tenth Session of the Islamic Summit Conference (Session of Knowledge and Morality for the Progress of Ummah) was held in Putrajaya, Malaysia on 20 and 21 Sha’aban 1424H (16-17 October 2003 amid substantial international attention. The Conference was attended by delegations representing all member states, observer states, international and regional organizations, as well as OIC affiliated and specialized organs. The Conference was also attended by a number of Islamic associations, institutions and groups, and numerous guests and personalities interested in the activities of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference.
2. The Conference was opened with a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by an exhaustive speech delivered by His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, Chairman of the Ninth Session of the Islamic Summit Conference. In his speech, which was adopted as an official document of the Conference (document No. …. . ), His Highness reviewed the achievements of his country during the three years of its chairmanship of the Islamic Summit Conference.
3. Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, Prime Minister of Malaysia, delivered a comprehensive speech in which he welcomed the leaders and representatives of the Islamic world and the distinguished guests, and addressed with extreme depth the challenges facing the Islamic Ummah. Dr. Mahathir’s speech was adopted as an official document of the Conference.
