إن الطاعنة لم تقبل بالحكم المطعون فيه والمشار إليه أعلاه، لمخالفة القانون، والخطأ في تطبيقه، والفساد في الاستدلال، والقصور في التسبيب وعدم فحص وتمحيص أوراق الدعوى من خلال الأدلة المقدمة فيها ومخالفة الثابت بالأوراق وإغفاله دفاعا جوهريا للطاعنة.		Translation - English
The appellant did not accept the abovementioned challenged decision, due to violation of law, wrong of application, invalid inference, defeciency in reasoning,lack of examination and scrutiny of claim’s documents through the evidences provided in it,contradiction to what have been proven in papers and ignoring a substaintial defense of the appellant.
