Translation - English Food Additive:
This is a substance not usually consumed as food in and of itself and which is not considered as a traditional ingredient in food, and it may or may not have nutritional value. However, it is normally added to foods for technical reasons during manufacturing, preparation, treatment, packaging, wrapping, transportation, and storage processes, and it contains the sensory characteristics that lead these substances or what results from their dissolution to become a part of the food substance. Food additives don’t include contaminants, or substances used in nutritional-value supportive processes.

Translation - English The Nativity of Christ Cathedral which is located at the new administrative capital, and where Christmas mass will be held, was architecturally designed to become a symbol and distinctive emblem at the administrative capital. It will deeply express the historic value of the Coptic Church as well as the cultural importance of Egypt and its great role in the region, presently and into the future. Care was taken in its architectural design that compatibility be created with the givens of the location, and also that the form express Coptic architecture, both at the level of the general form or at the level of fine details and architectural particularities. Care was taken to arrive at a design in fitting with the importance and significance of the project, while taking into consideration the tremendous importance of generating a state of reverence, submission, and spirituality for users of the project, and the importance of the uniqueness of its mass. Translation - English A person who gains ownership rights to a share due to the death or insolvency of its owner has the right to receive the dividend payments and other benefits entitled for that share, in the same way as if he were a registered owner of the share. However, he shall not immediately possess the right authorized for him based on being a member of the company concerning company meetings, until he registers his name as a member of the company on the basis of that share.

Translation - English Hours before his first and historical visit to Ethiopia, and directly following his return from Sweden and Denmark, Al-Ahraam sat down one-on-one to talk with Pope Tawadros the Second, the pope of Alexandria and patriarch of the See of St. Mark. During the interview we raised all the critical issues concerning our relationship with Ethiopia; foremost was the issue of the Nile waters and how the church can play a role in benefitting Egypt’s water security, in light of this being an issue of great national importance. We asked Pope Tawadros about specific commissions which President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi had asked him to carry out during the visit. The conversation also touched upon the pope’s apprehensions concerning his trip to Ethiopia, as well as his ambitions.

I am a native English speaker with 21 years of American education including two college degrees. I also have 31 years of exposure to and study of Arabic, with a long-term bilingual marriage and more than five years residence in Egypt, starting in 1998, in addition to regular long visits.
After living in Egypt I became very interested in the culture and in transmitting the thoughts and writings there into English as a form of cultural exchange. Pursuing this idea as a career seemed like a good match for my circumstances, and so I have been working at it since about 2012.
