One2One Device Usage Agreement Terms
Students will be expected to abide by the Sycamore Community Schools’ Student Acceptable Use Agreement (AUA).
Students must acknowledge that any issued device is the property of Sycamore Community School District and therefore must abide by the following terms:
Students will make the device available to any school administrator or teacher for inspection of any messages or files sent or received on their Sycamore Community School District issued device.
Students will report to building administration or teacher any incidents of inappropriate communications sent in any form using their Sycamore Community School District owned technology.
Students will not deface the device, create markings that cannot be completely removed by the student when returning the device.
Students can mark, sticker the protective snap on case covering the device.
Students agree to keep the school issued protective snap on case on the device and bring their issued device fully charged to school each day.
The device will be returned by the student when requested by the school district.
If a student leaves/withdraws from Sycamore Community Schools it is the responsibility of the student/parent to return the device.
If the student/parent does not return the device when they withdraw from Sycamore Community Schools, the student/parent will be charged the replacement cost for the device.
Accidental Damage or Manufacturer Repair of District Owned Device
Manufacturer Repair - The device is covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty.
Student/Parent/Guardian are not responsible for manufacturer warranty repairs.
Accidental Damage
First Damage Incident Per Year - There is no fee for the first accidental damage claim per year to the One2One device.
Parents will be notified of the claim and the claim will be recorded.
Claim year is from August 1 - July 31.
Second and Subsequent Damage Incident Per Year - Full price of repair or replacement will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian..
Intentional Damage/Gross Neglect - Full price of repair or replacement will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
The Student Code of Conduct will be enforced.
Lost/Stolen Device
Cost of device will be collected for a lost device and a parent/guardian meeting with an administrator will be required.
A fee of $25 will be collected for a lost or damaged AC adapter.
Devices reported as stolen outside of school require that parents notify police and provide a copy of an official police report to the school administration.

By agreeing to the terms of this agreement, the student is given the privilege to use the One2One device at school and home.
If the student and parents/guardians do not agree with the terms of this agreement, the student will be limited to use of the device at school only.

شروط اتفاقية استخدام جهاز one 2 one""
من المتوقع أن يلتزم الطلاب بإتفاقية الإستخدام المقبول لطلاب مدارس "سيكامور المجتمعية" (أي يو أي)
يتوجب علي الطلاب معرفة أن أي جهاز صادر هو ملكية لمدارس سيكامور المجتمعية لذا, يجب عليهم الإلتزام بالشروط التالية
يتيح الطلاب الجهاز لأي إداري بالمدرسة أو معلم للتفتيش علي أي رسائل أو ملفات يتم إرسالها أو استقبالها إلي/من الجهاز الصادر من مدارس سيكامور المجتمعية
يقوم الطلاب بإبلاغ الإدارة البناءة أو المعلمين عن أية حوادث اتصالات غير مناسبة والتي يتم إرسالها في أي شكل باستخدام التكنولوجيا الخاصة بمدارس سيكامور المجتمعية
يحذر علي الطلاب إحداث أي تشوه للجهاز أو إنشاء علامات والتي من المستحيل علي الطالب إزالتها تماماً عند إعادة الجهاز
يجوز للطلاب وضع علامات أو ملصقات واقية والتي من شأنها تغطية وحماية الجهاز
يتفق الطلاب علي وضع الرقيقة الواقية علي شأنها علي الجهاز وعليهم جلب أجهزتهم المستلمة إلي المدرسة كل يوم وهي مشحونة بالكامل
ويقوم الطالب بتسليم وإعادة الجهاز في حالة طلب إدارة المدرسة لذلك.
وفي حالة ترك الطالب / يسحب أوراقه من مدارس سيكامور المجتمعية, يتوجب علي الطالب/ ولي أمره إعادة وتسليم الجهاز .
وفي حالة عدم إعادة الطالب/ ولي أمره للجهاز أثناء ترك مدارس سيكامور المجتمعية, سيتوجب علب الطالب/ ولي أمره دفع تكلفة الجهاز كبديل.
التلف العارض أو إصلاح الصانع للجهاز المملوك للمؤسسة
إصلاح الشركة المصنعة- يتم تغطية الجهاز بفترة ضمان 3 سنوات من الشركة المصنعة
الطالب/ولي أمره/الوصي عليه غير مسئوليين عن أي إصلاحات أثناء فترة ضمان الصناعة
التلف العرضي
التلف الأول في العام- ليس هناك أي رسوم تعويض علي أول تلف عرضي لكل عام علي جهاز "one 2 one"
يتم إخطار أولياء الأمور بالتعويض وهذا التعويض سوف يتم تسجيله
يبدأ عام التعويض والإدعاء من 1 أغسطس إلي 31 يوليو
التلف الثاني والتالي سنوياً-
تقع مسئولية دفع كامل تكلفة الإصلاح أو الإستبدال علي عاتق ولي الأمر/ الوصي..
التلف المتعمد/ الإهمال الجسيم-
تقع مسئولية دفع كامل تكلفة الإصلاح أو الإستبدال علي عاتق ولي الأمر/ الوصي..
سيتم تنفيذ مدونة قواعد سلوك الطالب
فقد/سرقة الجهاز
في حالة فقدان الجهاز, يتوجب جمع تكلفته ويتوجب علي ولي الأمر/الوصي مقابلة مع أحد المديرين.
في حالة ضياع أو تلف مزود الطاقة, سيتم تجميع رسوم بقيمة 25 دولار.
وفي حالة سرقة الأجهزة خارج إطار المدرسة يتطلب ذلك من أولياء الأمور إخطار الشرطة وإحضار نسخة من محضر رسمي إلي المدرسة.
قائمة رسوم الإستعواض:
شاشة مكسورة- 80 دولار
غطاء كمبيوتر مكسور- 80 دولار
لوحة مفاتيح مكسورة-25 دولار
مزود الطاقة- 25 دولار
حقيبة الحماية(الخضراء)- 15 دولار
في حالة السرقة- الحصول علي تقرير الشرطة
في حالة الفقدان- لمدة عام- 230 دولار
في حالة الفقدان-لمدة عامان- 140 دولار
في حالة الفقدان-لمدة ثلاثة أعوام- 100 دولار
وبناءً علي قبول شروط هذه الإتفاقية, يتم منح الطالب امتياز استخدام جهاز "one 2 one" في المدرسة وفي المنزل.
وفي حالة عدم موافقة الطالب وولي أمره/ الوصي علي شروط هذه الإتفاقية, سيقتصر استخدام الطالب للجهاز في إطار المدرسة فقط.
