Resettlement Grant :-
The amount of Rs.15000/- in the form of resettlement allowances will be given in three installments per account within one year to landless agriculture al labourers, Land-owners of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, small farmers and marginized al farmers. Other Land-owners will be given the amount of 7500 /- Rupees in 3 installments within 1 year in the form of resettlement allowances.

Special Monetary Grant :-
After getting the possession of lands from the affected landowners, Moser Baer Power and Infrastructures Limited will give thea special grant to them at the rate of minimum rate of Rs.500/- or Rs.1000/- per hectare, every month. After receiving the permission for commercial operation of the project, a minimum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only ) or Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) per hectare will be given in the form of consolidated amount, which will be the final payment.

Establishment of Community Dairy :-
After getting possession of the land for the project, one community dairy will be established within 18 months where a cow will be purchased for each account (whose cost will be Rs.20 to 25 thousand and whose milk yielding capacity dairy efficiency will be 8 to 10 kilos per day). In this dairy, the share of each affected account holder will be proportionate to the average cost of one animal, the management of this dairy will be done by one Committee of Company representatives and displaced persons. Only the member of An officer concerning the project only will be the Head and Chief Manaager of the Committee.
Preference to work in this dairy will be given to the Members of the displaced families to work in this dairy.
Each account will have the right to get profit according to one’s share in the profit of this dairy.
It is expected that each account will receive a monthly dividend of Rs.1500/- in their share.
Government land will be provided according to the prevailing policy of the Government for to establishing thisthe dairy
Compensation to the House owners :-
Rs.60000/- (Rs.25000/- for plot and Rs.35000/- for construction of building) will be provided for construction of Buildings to the displaced people of residential buildings who come under Moser Bear Project Premises and Rs.1000/- will be given in form of transfer expenditure so that the displaced can resettle to the places of their choice.

Employment opportunities during the period of Construction :-
The Construction work in project will go on for the period of two and a half to three years. One person from each account will be provided employment for a minimum of 200 days (unskilled labour work) during construction period. These Employment opportunities will be provided one month after the displaced person have have done complete handover of their lands transferred their lands to the Company. In case of inability to provide employment to one person for of each account, the Company will give the following grants :
First 30 days : 25 percent per month of the minimum pay prescribed by the Government for unskilled labour .
Rest of the days (Maximum upto 170 days) - 50 percent per month of the minimum pay prescribed by the Government for the unskilled labour.
