PART 4
1.1 Druckluftanschluss
Für den Betrieb muss das MMS-System mit dem Druckluftnetz verbunden werden.Es kann entweder von der Werkzeugmaschine oder direkt vom vorhandenen Druckluftnetz mit Druckluft versorgt werden.Bei einer Versorgung direkt vom Druckluftnetz ist darauf zu achten, das alle gesetzlichen Richtlinien bezüglich der Druckluft- und Energieversorgung einer Maschine beachtet werden..
Der Primärdruck der Druckluftversorgung darf aus Sicherheits-gründen maximal 12 bar betragen!Der Mindestanschlussdruck sollte 5 bar nicht unterschreiten.Extrem anspruchsvolle Bearbeitungen und lange Schlauchführungen können eventuell auch höhere Drücke als 6 bar fordern.
Der Druckluftanschluss ist ausreichend zu dimensionieren, dass bei einer Abnahme eines Luftvolumenstromes von 1.500 Normlitern pro Minute der Versorgungsdruck des MMS-Systems von 6 bar nicht unterschritten wird.Falls mehr als 2 Werkzeuge zeitgleich zu versorgen sind, muss dieser Wert entsprechend erhöht werden.Grundsätzlich ist eine Druckluft der Güteklasse 5 nach ISO 8573-1 zu verwenden.
1.2 Menü mit Sprachauswahl und Fehlerspeicher
Mit Drücken der Refill-Taste für mehr als 3 Sekunden wechselt das Anzeigefenster der Controlbox in eine Menüsteuerung.Dort kann eine Sprachauswahl getroffen werden, ebenso können die letzten 10 aufgetretenen Fehler eingesehen werden, jeweils mit Angabe der Zeit, die vom Fehlerauftritt bis jetzt vergangen ist.
Die Menüführung wird über das Display der Controlbox beschrieben.

2 Betrieb & Parametereingabe
Grundsätzlich ist für den Betrieb des MMS-Systems die zugehörige Dokumentation des Herstellers der Werkzeugmaschine zu beachten.
Generell wird das Gerät von der Werkzeugmaschine Ein bzw. Aus geschalten.Hierfür wird in der Regel ein entsprechender M-Befehl eingerichtet.Die Parametrisierung des MMS-Systems findet ebenfalls mit Hilfe der Maschinensteuerung statt.Die Art der Ansteuerung innerhalb der Werkzeugmaschine erfahren Sie durch die Dokumentation des Werkzeugmaschinenherstellers.
Das MMS-System bietet 15 verschiede Einstellmöglichkeiten, welche durch verschiede Kombinationen die verschiedenen Arten von Aerosolen erzeugen, bzw. die Eigenschaften der Aerosole definieren.
2.1 Einstellwerte
Das MMS-System hat 15 Funktionsstufen, welche jeweils von der Maschinensteuerung der Werkzeugmaschine angewählt werden können.Die 15 Funktionsstufen unterscheiden sich in Ihren individuellen Parametern und finden laut folgender Tabelle Ihre Anwendung.

1.1 Piping
The MMS system to operate must be connected to the compressed air system supplies either from the machine tool or directly from the existing compressed air system with compressed air. 1.2 Menu with language and memory errors

2 Operation & parameter input
