An OLAP cube is a data structure that overcomes the limitations of relational databases by providing rapid analysis of data.
Cubes can display and sum large amounts of data while also providing users with searchable access to any data points.
This way, the data can be rolled up, sliced, and diced as needed to handle the widest variety of questions that are relevant to a user’s area of interest.
Software vendors or information technology (IT) developers with a working knowledge of OLAP cubes can create management packs to define their own extensible and customizable OLAP cubes that are built on the data warehouse infrastructure that was provided in XXX. Touch panels have been used for many years to provide a way for operators to control systems and machines. Many devices previously operated using buttons and keys have since been replaced by more flexible touch screens. The advantages of these newer devices are obvious. Whereas function keys must be relabeled with legend strips when they are reassigned, this is possible on touch screen displays with simple software settings.
At the same time, user guidance has developed over the years to become much more logical and intuitive with regard to the steps needed for operation. This not only makes interaction much faster, it also helps avoid faulty operation by being able to clearly arrange buttons as well as providing as much detailed information about processes as possible.
Multi-touch technology, which is able to detect several simultaneous touch contacts, has actually been used for a number of years and can be traced back to the 1980s. In the area of consumer electronics, however, it was Apple's iPhone that ushered in a new era of intuitive operation. Whereas with single touch screens, i.e. the classic touch screen solution, interaction was limited to pressing one button at a time, a multi-touch system like the one used on the iPhone can detect more than one location being touched at the same time. Gesture recognition, or being able to evaluate the movements taking place on the touch screen (e.g. unlocking a smartphone), is another common feature of multi-touch displays

Vícedotykové systémy ve stylu iPhone oproti tomu umožňují zjistit dotyk na více místech současně. Další společnou vlastností vícedotykových obrazovek je schopnost rozpoznávat gesta, tj. vyhodnocovat pohyby, které na obrazovce probíhají (například při odemykání telefonu).

XXX greatly expands the capability of the Competency Profile by pulling your competency ratings from AAA, BBB, and CCC assessments to determine whether you meet target ratings. This helps you identify areas where you need to improve, either for your current or a future job, and assign tasks to do so.
Users who do not have access to XXX will not see competency ratings or feedback on them, but they can still use the Competency Profile to view the competencies required for their jobs, view necessary skills (as well as target and actual proficiency in each), and to assign themselves development activities, as necessary.

Kompetence hodnotí kvality, které potřebujete pro úspěšné zastávání pracovní funkce, a míru, v jaké jste je prokázali. Každá pracovní funkce obsahuje sadu těchto kompetencí.
Ve svém profilu kompetencí si můžete zobrazit kompetence nezbytné pro vaši současnou pracovní funkci, kompetence požadované pro pracovní funkce, o které se zajímáte (například pro ty, které jsou součástí vašeho plánu kariéry), a přiřadit si úkoly, které vám pomohou s rozvojem kompetence.
Systém XXX významně rozšiřuje možnosti profilu kompetencí tím, že umožňuje získat hodnocení kompetencí z modulů AAA, BBB a CCC a zjistit, zda splňujete požadavky cílových hodnocení. To vám pomáhá určit oblasti, kde se potřebujete zlepšit (pro současnou nebo budoucí pracovní funkci), a přiřadit si potřebné úkoly.
Uživatelé bez přístupu do systému XXX neuvidí hodnocení kompetencí ani zpětnou vazbu ohledně nich. Přesto však mohou použít profil kompetencí k zobrazení kompetencí požadovaných pro své pracovní funkce, zobrazení požadovaných dovedností (včetně cílové a současné odbornosti pro každou z nich) a přiřazení potřebných rozvojových aktivit.

I started my translation and localization experiences during my university studies in early 90's in the field of software development tools and supporting documentation. After graduation I worked for several IT distribution companies as a translator, manual writer, localization and publication manager. In 1995 I became a full-time freelance translator. One of my first large translations was the Czech version of the Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Workstation and Server Resource Kit.
