1.1. GENEL ÖZELLİKLER
1.1.1. Kampüs genelinde telefon sistemin olarak IP Telefon çözümleri kullanılması düşünülmüştür.
1.1.2. Yüklenici firma İdare tarafından hazırlanmış olan “Oda Kartları” üzerinde çalışarak kampüs genelindeki tesislerdeki IP ve Analog Telefon adedi ihtiyacını çıkartmalıdırlar.
1.1.3. IP Telefon Sistemi tasarım, uygulama ve entegrasyon çalışmalarını yürütecek olan alt yüklenici ISO/IEC 27001/2005, EN/ISO 14001/2004, BS OHSAS 18001/2007, ISO 9001:2008 belgelerinin tümüne sahip olmalıdır. Altyüklenici işbu sertifikaların tümüne ihale yayınlanma tarihi itibariyle sahip olduğunu belgelemelidir.
1.1.4. Tesiste kullanılması planlanan Intekom cihazları, olası Analog telefonlar da kampüste tesis edilecek IP Telefon sistemi ile iletişim halinde olabilmeli hatta mümkün mertebe IP Telefon sisteminin bir parçası olmalıdırlar.

1.1.9. Teklif edilecek IP telefon sistemi Sunucuları, Ses Geçitleri ve IP telefon Setleri aynı marka olmalıdır.
1.1.10. Teklif edilecek Ses Geçitleri üzerinde ISDN PRI hatlar, yedek olarak kullanılacak olan Analog Dış Hat bağlantıları için yeterli sayıda yuva ve modül bulunmalıdır.

1.1. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

1.1.3. The subcontractor who shall conduct IP Telephone System design, application and integration works should have the entire of ISO/IEC 27001/2005, EN/ISO 14001/2004, BS OHSAS 18001/2007, ISO 9001:2008 certifications. The subcontractor should certify that it has all these certifications by the date of the issuing of the tender.
1.1.4. The Intercom devices which are planned to be used in the facility and the possible analogue telephones should be in communication with the IP Telephone System which shall be facilitated in the campus and even more they should be a part of the IP Telephone System.
1.1.5. The IP Telephone system should be licensed and proposed for at least 20% more of the number of telephones which shall be needed inside the campus.
1.1.6. The IP Telephone System which shall be proposed should be designed with 100% backup (Except Telephone Sets).
1.1.7. The system should work and operate 7/24. There should be experienced no interruptions in the communications inside the campus and with the campus exterior.
1.1.8. The IP telephone system should be able to expand without changing the servers (Communication Manager), Voice Passages (Voice Gateway) and Analog Voice Passages (Analog Gateway) equipments with a rate of at least 100%.
1.1.9. The IP telephone system wich shall be proposed should have servers, voice gateways and IP Telephone sets from the same brandname.
1.1.10. There should be enough number of slots and modules on the Voice Gateways to be proposed for ISDN PRI lines and for the Analogue External Line Connections which shall be used as backup.
