Source text - English Article 22: Protection against arrest and detention in certain cases
Indian Constitution
(1) No person who is arrested shall be detained in custody without being informed, as soon as may be, of the grounds for such arrest nor shall he be denied the right to consult, and to be defended by, a legal practitioner of his choice;
(2) Every person who is arrested and detained in custody shall be produced before the nearest magistrate within a period of 24 hours of such arrest, excluding the time necessary for the journey from the place of arrest to court of the magistrate, and no such person shall be detained in custody beyond the said period without the authority of a magistrate;
(3) Nothing in clauses (1) and (2) shall apply
(a) to any person who for the time being is an enemy alien; or
(b) to any person who is arrested or detained under any law providing for preventive
detention.
(4) No law providing for preventive detention shall authorize the detention of a person for a longer period than three months unless:
(a) an Advisory Board consisting of persons who are, or have been, or are qualified to be appointed as, Judges of a High Court has reported before the expiration of the said period of three months that there is in its opinion sufficient cause for such detention: Provided that nothing in this sub-clause shall authorize the detention of any person beyond the maximum period prescribed by any law made by Parliament under sub-clause (b) of clause (7); or
(b) such person is detained in accordance with the provisions of any law made by Parliament under sub-clauses (a) and (b) of clause (7).

अनुच्छेद 22: कुछ मामलों में गिरफ्तारी और नजरबंदी के खिलाफ सुरक्षा
(1) बिना सूचित किए किसी गिरफ्तार व्यक्ति को हिरासत में नजरबंद नहीं रखा जाएगा, ऐसी गिरफ्तारी का चाहे जो भी कारण हो सकता है और अपनी पसंद के कानूनी परामर्शदाता से परामर्श लेने के अधिकार से मना नहीं किया जा सकता है;
(2) प्रत्येक गिरफ्तार किए गए और हिरासत में नजरबंद रखे गए व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तारी के स्थान से न्यायाधीश के न्यायालय में ले जाने के समय को छोड़कर ऐसी गिरफ्तारी के 24 घंटे के अंदर समीपवर्ती न्यायाधीश के समक्ष पेश करना होगा, तथा न्यायाधीश के प्राधिकार के बिना कथित अवधि से अधिक समय तक ऐसे व्यक्ति को हिरासत में नजरबंद नहीं रखा जाएगा;
(3) खंड(1) और (2) में कुछ भी लागू नहीं होगा:
(a) कोई व्यक्ति जो फिलहाल विदेशी शत्रु है; अथवा
(b) कोई व्यक्ति जो गिरफ्तार किया गया है अथवा सुरक्षात्मक नजरबंदी के लिए किसी कानून के तहत नजरबंद रखा गया है।
(4) सुरक्षात्मक नरजबंदी के लिए कोई कानून किसी व्यक्ति को तीन महीने से अधिक अवधि की नजरबंदी के लिए अधिकृत नहीं करता है जब तक कि:
(a) एक सलाहकार बोर्ड जिसमें ऐसे व्यक्ति हों जो उच्च न्यायालयों के न्यायाधीश हों या रहे हों अथवा नियुक्त होने की योग्यता रखते हों ने कथित तीन महीने की अवधि समाप्त होने से पहले सूचित किया है कि ऐसी नजरबंदी को बनाए रखने के लिए उनकी राय होने के पर्याप्त कारण हैं : बशर्ते कि इस उपखंड में संसद द्वारा खंड (7) के उप-खंड (बी) के तहत बनाए गए कानून के तहतकिसी व्यक्ति की नजरबंदी को अधिकतम अवधि से अधिक के लिए अधिकृत नहीं करेगा ; अथवा (b) ऐसे व्यक्ति को संसद द्वारा खंड (7) के उप-खंड (a) और (b)के तहत बनाए गए किसी कानून के प्रावधानों के अनुसार नजरबंद किया गया है।

Source text - English Study Title: Bioequivalence Study of Ulipristal acetate 50 mg Tablets
An open label, randomized, balanced, two treatment, two period, two sequence, two way crossover, single dose truncated oral Bioequivalencestudy of Ulipristal acetate tablets, each tablet containing 50 mg Ulipristal acetate manufactured by ABC Ltd. and Esmya tablets, each tablet containing 50 mg Ulipristal acetate marketed by PQR, Hungary in healthy, adult, female subjects under fasting condition
This study is experimental and has no medical benefit to you, as you are healthy. The study drug is called Ulipristal. The purpose of this study is to see if a new version of the study drug provides similar blood levels as the brand label of the same drug. The new version is called the “test” drug and the brand drug is called the “reference” drug. Ulipristal acetate [15αacetoxy-151β-(15-N,N-dimethylaminophenyl)-15-norpregna-15,15-diene-15,15-dione], a synthetic progesterone agonist/antagonist. The inactive ingredients are lactose monohydrate, povidone K-10, croscarmellose sodium and magnesium stearate. Ulipristal acetate is a white to yellow crystalline powder which has a molecular weight of 75.6.
Inclusion criteria:
• Female subjects aged between 18 and 45 years preferably in the post Ovulatory phase with history of regular menses cycle.
• BMI should be between 18.5 - 24.9 kg/m2
• Subjects with normal health as determined by personal medical history, clinical examination and laboratory examinations within the clinically acceptable normal range.
• Subjects having normal 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG).
• Have a negative urine screen for drugs of abuse (including amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, marijuana, cocaine, and morphine).
• Have negative alcohol saliva test.
• Have negative -HCG test at the time of screening and on check in day of each period.
• Those subject agree to avoid tobacco products, xanthine containing products (chocolate, tea, coffee, cola drink), grapefruit etc.
• Subjects willing to adhere to the protocol requirements and to provide written informed consent.
• Subject should be a non-smoker.
• Subjects should have no history of contraindication and / or allergy to the drug or should not have consumed drugs for two weeks prior to the study.
• Subjects should not have participated in any bioavailability or bioequivalence studies at least 3 months prior to this present study. The Cross-participation of the subject orally verified during Screening Consent obtaining.
• For female subjects:
i) Of child bearing potential practicing an acceptable method of birth control for the total study duration as judged by the investigator(s) such as condoms, foams, jellies, diaphragm, intrauterine device (IUD) or abstinence or;
ii) Who are surgically sterile (bilateral tubal ligation, bilateral oophorectomy, or hysterectomy has been performed on the subject).

• मादक पदार्थों (एंफेटामाइन्स, बार्बीटुरेट, बेंज़ोडाइजेपीन, मारिजुआना, कोकीन, तथा मॉर्फीन सहित) के सेवन के लिए नकारात्मक मूत्र जांच होना।
• शराब लार परीक्षण नकारात्मक होना।
• स्क्रीनिंग के समय तथा प्रत्येक अवधि में चेक-इन (प्रवेश) के दिन -HCG परीक्षण नकारात्मक होना।
• वे प्रतिभागी जो तंबाकू उत्पाद, जेंथीन युक्त उत्पाद (चॉकलेट, चाय, कॉफी, कोला युक्त पेय पदार्थ) से परहेज करने के लिए सहमत हैं।
• प्रोटोकॉल की जरूरतों का पालन करने तथा लिखित सूचित सहमति प्रदान करने के लिए इच्छुक प्रतिभागी।

• प्रतिभागियों को इस मौजूदा अध्ययन से पूर्व कम से कम 3 महीनों तक किसी जैव उपलब्धता या जैव साम्यता अध्ययन में भाग नहीं लेना चाहिए। सहमति प्राप्त करने की स्क्रीनिंग के दौरान प्रतिभागी की क्रॉस-प्रतिभागिता मौखिक रूप से सत्यापित की जाएगी।
• महिला प्रतिभागियों के लिए:
