Occasionally, you will see lanes marked for the use of High Occupancy Vehicles, such as buses or other mass transit vehicles, or “carpools”, with multiple drivers in a single vehicle. Only such vehicles are allowed in these lanes – the only exception is motorcycles and vehicles displaying decals which designate them as ultra low-emission vehicles, which are also allowed to drive in these preferential lanes.
These HOV lanes will have marked areas for maneuvering in and out of the lane of traffic – these are the ONLY areas where you are allowed to enter or exit the lane. It is illegal for drivers to cross double yellow lines to enter or exit an HOV lane, except for emergency vehicles.

I am Carlos Alberto Diaz Acosta, born in Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela on September 3rd, 1982.
As a child, I always loved visiting countries and meeting everybody in the world. To do so, I worked hard to make my dream come true: I started English as a Foreign Language Courses at the age of 12, improving my English both on school and life.
Since then, I have been searching for more and more knowledge, learning from people who lived either in USA or England. I learned both phonetics and improved even better.
Sadly, things tend to forget, as I entered College to study Industrial Engineering. In my College, English was no priority, just two courses and Teacher seemed to attached to "Old School" book teaching.
On 2007, I graduated from Industrial Engineering and conducted another English course in order to get back my knowledge and improve even better. I was so impressed with myself and my progress.
On 2010, I found out that making money by myself online was struggled due to Forex market, so I wanted something more profitable and where I can take my English knowledge into there.
Glad for myself I found a couple of Freelance sites, and I could earn money translating and doing such works!
Up to know, I have conducted over 30 contract jobs accomplished to client satisfaction, have established relationships with clients in China, USA, England, India, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, and so on!
My dream came true in some way! And I am proud of being a Freelance professional, conducting translations, proofreading, transcriptions, pdf fillable forms creation, strategic planning, business proposals and so on.
