Source text - English 1. PRELIMINARY ADVICE (New)
A) Reefers three years and younger are no longer subject to PTI test.
B) As a rule, the PTI to be performed (for units not referred to in point (A) above) should be a “short PTI”. However if the “short PTI” fails and the container is repaired, the subsequent PTI will be a “Long PTI”.
C) A PTI will be considered done when / if recorded in the Data logger (trigger from the display keyboard). PTI not recorded or done manually will be considered null and the liability of the depot will be engaged in case of claim.
D) The above does no apply for “Very Sensitive Cargo”. For VSC the procedure of PTI must be respected as described in VSC procedure for all Reefers (link to the VSC procedure to be found in the last chapter of this procedure).

D) Todo lo mencionado con anterioridad no es aplicable a Mercancías muy sensibles (VSC). Para dicho tipo de mercancías, el procedimiento PTI debe ser respetado según se detalla en el proceso VSC para todos los reefer (ver enlace al procedimiento VSC en el último apartado de este procedimiento).

2.3.1.- Subsistemas de alimentación
Todas las estaciones remotas, tanto de transmisión como de recepción, han de ir provistas de grupos electrógenos y de UPS.
Según la disponibilidad de cada emplazamiento, será necesario instalar un nuevo grupo electrógeno o bien utilizar el existente.
En el caso de las UPS, será necesario instalarlas en todas las estaciones remotas, dado que no se puede garantizar el suministro ininterrumpido con las UPS existentes.
Según el tipo de estación remota, se dispondrá de dos tipos de grupos electrógenos. Para estaciones remotas de VHF en Lara, Chionistra, Kremmi y la estación remota de recepción de MF/HF en Polemidia, se estima necesario un grupo con una capacidad superior a 1kVA.
Para la estación remota transmisora de NAVTEX y MF/HF (¿Alexigros?) se estima necesario un grupo electrógeno con capacidad superior a 10 kVA.
2.3.2.- Subsistemas de sensores
Para cada instalación de cada estación remota, se preverá un sistema de sensores que alerte de cualquier fallo relacionado con diversos agentes externos.
Será un sistema de monitoreo ambiental, que prevenga contingencias por falla de aire acondicionado, inundaciones, etc.
Ha de poseer sensores internos de temperatura, flujo de aire, intensidad de luz y sonido, sensores de contactos secos y ha de posibilitar la incorporación de nuevos sensores.

2.3.1.- Supplying subsystems
Every remote station, both transmitting and receiving, need to be equipped with UPS and generators.
It will be required to set up a new power generator or to use the existing one upon availability on each location.
The UPS will need to be set up in every remote station, since the existing ones cannot guarantee an uninterrupted supply.
Two different kinds of power generators will be available depending on the kind of remote station. A power generator with more capacity than 1 kVA will be required for the VHF remote station in Lara, Chionistra, Kremmi and the MF/HF receiving remote station in Polemidia.
A power generator with more capacity than 10 kVA will be required for the NAVTEX and MF/HF transmitting remote station in (Alexigros?).
2.3.2.- Sensors subsystems
A sensors system will be set up for every remote station in order to warn about any failure coming from external agents.
It will be an environmental monitoring system that will prevent contingencies due to lack of air conditioning, floods and so on.
It must have temperature, air flow, light intensity and sound internal sensors, dry contact sensors and it needs to make the incorporation of new sensors possible.

19. Authors, hardware manufacturers, publishers, distributors, retailers and consumers/players are all considered stakeholders of the video game industry in Argentina. However, in regards to those defined as right holders, these are limited solely to authors, publishers, producers, licensors/licensees, wireless providers and advertisers. The Argentinian Copyright Act does not define an author, stating simply that the author of a work is the holder of the copyright. Nonetheless, experts consider that the term “authors” only refers to persons who make contributions to the work, such as the developer of the game idea, computer professionals, the director-producer, the author of the plot, script and dialogue, designers, musicians and sound engineers, persons in charge of the acting and the director of photography.
However, if one accepts that video games are cinematographic works, then Article 20 of the Copyright Act considers that the right in such a work shall vest with the author of the plot, the producer and the director of the film, unless it is a musical cinematographic work, in which case the composer shall also have the same rights as the others.
20. A new category of authors can be found in modern interactive online video games, which include tools for creating and developing new elements for the game, including characters, levels, specific elements and other creative works. As to the legal status of contributions by players involved in interactive online gaming, one might discuss the legitimacy of gamers creating derivative works, as the copyright holder of a given video game has the right to prevent others from using or adapting the work without his or her express consent. However, in that these creation toolboxes are provided by video game developers, one could consider that there is an implicit license to adapt the work or to create derivative works therefrom. Accordingly, Article 4 of the Argentinian Copyright Act establishes that the holder of the copyrights is the person who adapted the work, in this case the gamer.

19. Autores, fabricantes de hardware, editores, distribuidores, minoristas y consumidores/jugadores son todos considerados depositarios de la industria del videojuego en Argentina. Sin embargo, en lo que concierne a aquellos definidos como poseedores de derechos, estos se limitan únicamente a autores, editores, productores, licenciadores/licenciatarios, proveedores de servicios inalámbricos y publicistas. La Ley sobre el Derecho de Autor argentina no define a un autor, y expone simplemente que el autor de una obra es el poseedor de los derechos de autor. No obstante, los expertos consideran que el término autores sólo se refiere a personas que contribuyen a la obra, como desarrolladores de la idea del juego, informáticos profesionales, el director y productor, el autor del argumento, guión y diálogos, diseñadores, músicos e ingenieros de sonido, personas a cargo de la interpretación y el director de fotografía.
Sin embargo, si se aceptan los videojuegos como obras cinematográficas, el Artículo 20 de la Ley sobre el Derecho de Autor considera que los derechos sobre tal obra pertenecerán al autor del argumento, el productor y el director de la película, a menos que sea una obra cinematográfica musical, en cuyo caso, el compositor también tendrá los mismos derechos que los otros.
20. Puede encontrarse una nueva categoría de autores en los actuales videojuegos online interactivos, que incluyen herramientas para crear y desarrollar elementos nuevos para el juego, tales como personajes, niveles, elementos específicos y otros trabajos creativos. En cuanto al estado legal de las contribuciones por parte de jugadores involucrados en el juego online interactivo, podría ponerse en duda la legitimidad de los jugadores habituales que crean obras derivadas, dado que el poseedor de derechos de autor de un videojuego determinado tiene derecho a impedir a otros utilizar o adaptar la obra sin su consentimiento. Sin embargo, dado que estas cajas de herramientas de creación son proporcionadas por los desarrolladores de videojuegos, podría considerarse que existe una licencia implícita para adaptar la obra o crear obras derivadas a partir de ella.
