Source text - English XXX and trastuzumab were administered intravenously every 3 weeks starting on Day 1 of the first taxane-containing cycle, for a total of 52 weeks (up to 18 cycles) or until recurrence, withdrawal of consent or unmanageable toxicity. Standard doses of 5-fluorouracil, epirubicin, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, docetaxel, paclitaxel and carboplatin were administered. After completion of chemotherapy, patients received radiotherapy and/or hormone therapy as per local clinical standard.
The primary endpoint of the study was invasive disease-free survival (IDFS), defined as the time from randomisation to first occurrence of ipsilateral local or regional invasive breast cancer recurrence, distant recurrence, contralateral invasive breast cancer, or death from any cause. Secondary efficacy endpoints were IDFS including second primary non-breast cancer, overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (DFS), recurrence-free interval (RFI) and distant recurrence-free interval (DRFI).

Прилагани са обичайните дози 5-флуороурацил, епирубицин, доксорубицин, циклофосфамид, доцетаксел, паклитаксел и карбоплатин. След завършване на химиотерапията пациентите са получавали лъчелечение и/или хормонална терапия според местните клинични стандарти.
Първичната крайна точка на проучването е преживяемост без инвазивно заболяване (invasive disease-free survival, IDFS), дефинирана като времето от рандомизирането до първата поява на ипсилатерален локален или регионален инвазивен рецидив на рак на гърдата, далечен рецидив, контралатерален инвазивен рак на гърдата или смърт по всякаква причина. Вторичните крайни точки за ефикасност са IDFS, включително втори първичен рак извън гърдата, обща преживяемост (OS), преживяемост без заболяване (DFS), интервал без рецидив (recurrence-free interval, RFI) и интервал без далечен рецидив (distant recurrence-free interval, DRFI).

Source text - English This is a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group study to evaluate the statistical equivalence of efficacy, and to assess the safety of SAIT101 versus MabThera® in asymptomatic patients with LTBFL. Patients will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive study drug once a week for 4 weeks, and will then be followed up for up to 52 weeks after the first dose. Randomization will be stratified by Follicular lymphoma international prognostic index 2 (FLIPI-2) score. Patients will also be administered pre medication with steroids (according to institutional standards), an analgesic/antipyretic, and an anti-histamine before the start of each study drug infusion. Visits are scheduled at Weeks 1, 2, 3, and 4 (study drug infusion visits), and then at Weeks 5, 12, 20, 28, 36, and 52 (i.e., End of Study [EOS]). Efficacy response assessments will be performed at Week 28, while safety assessments will continue until EOS. Centralized facilities will be used for imaging assessments.
Translation - Bulgarian Това е многоцентрово, рандомизирано, двойно-сляпо проучване с паралелни групи за оценка на статистическата еквивалентност на ефикасността и за оценка на безопасността на SAIT101 спрямо MabThera® при безсимптомни пациенти с LTBFL. Пациентите ще бъдат рандомизирани в съотношение 1:1 за получаване на проучваното лекарство веднъж седмично в продължение на 4 седмици, а след това ще бъдат проследявани в продължение на до 52 седмици след първата доза. Рандомизирането ще бъде стратифицирано по скора на Международния прогностичен индекс при фоликуларен лимфом 2 (Follicular lymphoma international prognostic index 2, FLIPI-2). Преди началото на всяка инфузия с проучваното лекарство на пациентите ще се прилага също премедикация със стероиди (в съответствие със стандартите на лечебното заведение), аналгетик/антипиретик и антихистамин. Посещенията са планирани за Седмици 1, 2, 3 и 4 (посещения за инфузия на проучваното лекарство) и след това в Седмици 5, 12, 20, 28, 36 и 52 (т.e. край на проучването [End of Study, EOS]). Оценката на ефикасността ще се извърши на Седмица 28, докато оценката на безопасността ще продължи до EOS. Централни лаборатории ще бъдат използвани за оценка на образните изследвания.
