انهيار أمريكا.. متى وكيف؟!

الأزمة الماليّة والاقتصاديَّة الطاحنة التى تعتصر الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وتكاد تعصف بها، هى نتيجة طبيعية لسياسة "بوش" الاستعمارية، الذى خاض حرباً صليبية ضد العالم العربى والإسلامى.. مما كبد الإدارة الأمريكية المتطرفة أمولاً طائلة لتمويل حروب التعصب والكراهية، والتى كانت بلا مبرر فى أفغانستان والعراق وغيرهما.. مما كلف الخزانة الأمريكية 60 تريليون دولار، ورغم كل هذه الأموال التى تسببت فى كارثة اقتصادية مدوية، لا يعلم مداها سوى الله، إلا أن هزيمة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والناتو فى أفغانستان أصبحت محققة.
حيث أكد تقرير استراتيجى صدر مؤخرًا، أن حلف شمال الأطلسى والولايات المتحدة سيخسران الحرب فى أفغانستان، كما حدث مع الاتحاد السوفيتى فى ثمانينيات القرن الماضى، والإمبراطورية البريطانية فى القرن التاسع عشر. وفى تقرير وضعه المفكر الاستراتيجى "أنطونى كوردسمان" بمركز الدراسات الاستراتيجية والدولية، ويحمل عنوان "خسارة الحرب (الأفغانية ـ الباكستانية).. الخطر الصاعد"، أكد فيه أن نفوذ قوات الاحتلال يزداد تراجعاً، فى الوقت الذى يزداد فيه نفوذ المقاومة الإسلامية فى أفغانستان قوة، مقدماً براهين وأدلة تؤكد صحة استنتاجاته.
ويشير التقرير إلى أن الرئيس الأمريكى المقبل "سيواجه تحدياً حيوياً من خلال حرب ـ على الأرجح خسارتها ـ على المستويين السياسى والاستراتيجى، ولا يتم ربحها على المستوى التكتيكى". الغريب أن "وكالة الاستخبارات المركزية الأمريكية" نفسها توافقت فى الرأى مع القيادة الاستراتيجية لـ"منظمة حلف شمال الأطلسى" (الناتو)، وقائد قوات الاحتلال فى أفغانستان الجنرال "ديفيد ماكيرنان"، على أن الحرب فى أفغانستان ـ فى ظل الوضع الحالى ـ تسير نحو الهزيمة المحققة.
ومن العجب.. أن بلداً فقيراً كأفغانستان لا يجد شعبه كسرة خبز لم ينخدع بالشعارات الأمريكية وديمقراطيتها الزائفة، وراح ينخرط فى صفوف المقاومة، مما زاد من معدل الهجمات ضد قوات الاحتلال، والقوات الحكومية الأفغانية الداعمة لها، بنحو 30% حتى نهاية شهر سبتمبر 2008، مقارنة بنهاية شهر سبتمبر 2007.
وبدا من الواضح أن هناك ثلاثة محاور رئيسية تؤثر على الأوضاع فى أفغانستان، وتقف وراء هذا المعدل المرتفع والمتنامى بمرور الوقت، أولها: نشاط المقاومة الإسلامية الأفغانية، المتمثلة فى حركة طالبان، وتطوير الحركة لأساليب مقاومتها ضد قوات الاحتلال. أما المحور الثانى: فيتمثل فى السياسات والاستراتيجيات الخاطئة التى تتبعها الولايات المتّحدة، وقوات الناتو فى ضرب واعتقال المدنيين الأفغان، وعدم وجود تنمية حقيقية لأفغانستان، وتبخر الوعود الأمريكية لإعمار أفغانستان، بالإضافة إلى تدهور الأوضاع الأمنية فى الحزام العشائرى الفاصل بين باكستان وأفغانستان، والذى يُعتبر بؤرة داعمة ومساندة للمقاومة الإسلامية فى أفغانستان.
كرزاى ـ الرئيس الموالى للاحتلال ـ خسر كل رصيد يمكن أن يجعله قادراً على كسب ثقة الشعب الذى يرزح تحت نير الاحتلال، ويعانى من جرائم دموية ترتكب بحقه بشكل يومى.
وبدلاً من أن تحاول واشنطن تدارك هذا الخطأ الاستراتيجى، وتتصرف بشكل حاسم وعملى أخفقت فى الوفاء بوعود قطعتها على نفسها، من تحسين أوضاع معيشة الشعب الأفغانى ومساعدته فى بناء اقتصاده.
وزيرة الخارجية الأمريكية السابقة "مادلين أولبرايت" صرحت فى وقت سابق، أن أمريكا ستعانى من هزيمة فى العراق وأفغانستان أسوأ من هزيمتها فى "فيتنام" على حد قولها.. مؤكدة أن بوش أساء إلى سمعة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية فى العالم كله، بعد احتلاله للعراق وأفغانستان، وتدخله المستمر فى الشئون الداخلية لدول الشرق الأوسط.
من الواضح أن أمريكا كتبت شهادة وفاتها كإمبراطورية كبرى، ودولة عظمى عندما احتلت أفغانستان والعراق!! وخسرت مادياً كثيراً، وسوف تخسر ما لم تتدارك ذلك بالانسحاب السريع، وتتعلم أن الشعوب الصغيرة قادرة على الوقوف فى وجهها، ولن تأخذها بالأحضان والقبلات عندما تحتل ديارها وتنهب ثرواتها.. بل ستدافع بكل شراسة عن أرضها وتراثها.. ولا تستعجب أن تلحق بها الهزيمة فـ {إن الله لا يصلح عمل المفسدين}.. وكم أفسدت أمريكا؟!! وكم علت؟!! وتجبرت؟!! على شعوب العالم.. ولذلك النهاية حتمًا ستكون وخيمة والعاقبة هزيمة نكراء..

The financial crisis and economic destruction afflicting the United States of America is about to blow her away. It's natural that Bush's imperialistic policy resulted in plunging into crusade-like wars against the Arab and Islamic world--a policy that inflicted a heavy financial burden upon the extremist U.S. administration in order to finance unjustified wars of intolerance and hatred in Afghanistan, Iraq, and the others; a policy that cost the U.S. Treasury 60 trillion dollars and that, in spite of all the financing, caused a huge economic disaster, the extent of which, beyond the certain defeat of the U.S. and NATO in Afghanistan, is unknown to anyone but God.
A recent preliminary strategy report confirmed that NATO and the United States will lose the war in Afghanistan, like what happened with the Soviet Union in the 80s of the last century and the British Empire in the 19th century. In a report by the strategic thinker Anthony Cordesman of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, titled "Losing the Afghan-Pakistani War? The Rising Threat," Cordesman confirmed that the influence of the occupation forces is declining in Afghanistan, while the influence of Islamic resistance forces is increasing, providing proof and evidence backing up his findings.
The report indicates that the next U.S. president "will face a critical challenge in dealing with a war that is probably being lost at the political and strategic level, and is not being won at the tactical level." Strangely enough, the CIA itself agreed with NATO's strategic leaders and leader of the occupation forces in Afghanistan General David McKiernan, that the war in Afghanistan--up until the present time--is moving toward real defeat.
It's surprising that the people of a poor country like Afghanistan, who can't find a piece of bread, were not deceived by American slogans and her false democracy and went to join in the ranks of the resistance. This resistance increased its rate of attacks against the occupying forces, and the Afghan government forces supporting them, about 30% by the end of September 2008, compared to the end of September 2007.
It seems clear that there are three main axes affecting the situation in Afghanistan, motivating this high growth rate of the resistance over time. The first is the eagerness of the Afghan Islamic Resistance, the use of the Taliban movement as a model, and the movement's development of the resistance's actions against the occupying forces. The second axis is represented by the bad policies and strategies pursued by the U.S. and NATO forces in the beating and arrest of Afghan civilians, the lack of real development of Afghanistan, and the evaporation of the American promise to rebuild Afghanistan. And finally there is the deteriorating security situation in the region between Pakistan and Afghanistan, which is considered the focus of support for the Islamic resistance in Afghanistan.
Karzai, the president at the start of the occupation, lost all available resources that might have allowed him to gain the confidence of his people who are collapsing under the yoke of the occupation, suffering from bloody crimes committed against them on a daily basis. Instead of trying to remedy this strategic error and act decisively and practically, Washington failed to fulfill promises it made to itself: to improve the living conditions of the Afghan people and to help in building the economy.
Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, previously stated that America would suffer a defeat in Iraq and Afghanistan worse than her defeat in Vietnam. She confirmed that Bush tarnished the U.S.' reputation throughout the world after occupying Iraq and Afghanistan and by continuing to intervene in the internal affairs of Middle Eastern countries.
America learned that the small people, unable to confront her, will not greet her with hugs and kisses when she comes to occupy their homes and loot their wealth. Instead, they will ferociously defend their land and heritage. Don't be shocked by the defeat of America (God does not fix the work of the wicked). And how wicked is America?! And how ill has she become?! And how haughtily has she shown off her power?! To the debit of the world. Therefore the inevitable end will be disastrous. And the consequence is an embarrassing defeat.

لست من الذين يرون أنه لا فرق بين أوباما وماكين، أو بين مختلف الرؤساء الأمريكيين. صحيح أن الإستراتيجية لا تتغير، فلن تنقلب أمريكا إلى الاشتراكية.. أو تتخلى عن المصالح البترولية فى العالم.
ولكن الصحيح أيضا أن هناك فروقا نوعية، فلا يمكننى اعتبار كلينتون مثل بوش، فالأول على سبيل المثال قدم الكثير من المكاسب للطبقة الوسطى والفقيرة. كما أن الدين الداخلى لم يصل فى عهده إلى الدرجة التى أوصلها بوش، بل ويمكن القول إن سياسات بوش الاقتصادية والسياسية فى الداخل والخارج كانت من أهم أسباب الانهيار المالى المروع.
وهذا لا يعنى أن أوباما سيحل القضية الفلسطينية كما نريد، لكن فى الغالب لن يبقى الأمر على ما هو عليه.. ربما يكون هناك انسحاب قريب من العراق.. ربما سيكون هناك جهد فى محاولة تغيير صورة الإدارة الأمريكية التى وصلت إلى الحضيض.
هذا وارد.. ولكنه ليس هذا وحده سبب سعادتى بفوز أوباما.. فهناك أسباب أخرى:
1- فوز أوباما مؤشر على صحة الطريقة التى يدير بها المجتمع الأمريكى صراعاته، صحيح أنها استغرقت 388 عاما، منذ رست أول سفينة تحمل العبيد الأفارقة حتى يصل رجل أسود إلى مقعد رئيس أكبر دولة فى العالم. ولكن الصحيح أيضا أنها نجحت، ولم يحدث خلال هذا الزمن الطويل سوى انفجار واحد فقط بالسلاح فى عمر الدولة الأمريكية بعد استقلالها عن بريطانيا، أقصد الحرب الأهلية الأمريكية والتى قامت عندما أعلنت 11 ولاية استقلالها وانتهت بهزيمتها، والتى كانت فرصة لمنع الرق وتطوير بنية الدولة الأمريكية.
2- مختلف الطبقات ومختلف الأعراق والعقائد اختارت أن تدير صراعاتها بطريقة سلمية، والمرات النادرة التى حدث تجاوز، تمت العودة سريعا إلى اختيارها الأصلى لتحقيق مصالحها.
3- إنها دولة الحرية والمواطنة، الدولة التى تتعايش فيها كل الثقافات والأعراق والطبقات والأديان بطريقة سلمية.. وهذا لا يعنى أنها الجنة ولكن يعنى النجاح الغربى فى إيجاد طريقة سلمية وديمقراطية لإدارة مجتمعاته.
4- هذا ما فشلنا فيه.. فلدينا مشكلة أكراد وشيعة وبهائيين وغيرهم وغيرهم.. لذلك لا تنتظر فى القريب العاجل أن يكون رئيس مصر مسيحيا أو نوبيا.

I am not among those who see no difference between Obama and McCain, or between the different American presidents. Although it is true that the strategy doesn't change: America will not turn to socialism, nor will she abandon her oil interests in the world.
But it is equally true that there are differences in quality. I could not possibly assert that Clinton is like Bush. The former, for example, led the way for many gains for the middle class and the poor. Also, during his presidency, the national debt did not approach the level that it did with Bush. But it can be said that Bush's economic and political policies internally and abroad were among the major reasons for the dreadful financial collapse.
This does not mean that Obama will solve the Palestinian issue as we would like, but for the most part it won't remain as it is. Perhaps there will be a withdrawal from Iraq. And perhaps there will be an effort to try and change the image of the U.S. administration, which has been jolted.
This is a beginning. But it is not the only reason for my happiness over Obama's victory. There are other reasons:
1. Obama's win is an indicator that American society is moving in the right direction. It's true that it took 388 years from the docking of first ship carrying African slaves for a Black man to arrive in the seat of the Presidency of the largest country in the world. But it is also true that it succeeded. It didn't happen but once before in an explosion of weapons when America gained independence from Britain, meaning the American Civil War. A war that began when 11 states declared their independence, which presented an opportunity to abolish slavery and develop the American nation.
2. Different classes, races, and creeds have chosen the direction of peace, a rare occurrence. They will quickly return to their original choice based on their interests.
3. The U.S. is a country of freedom, a country in which all cultures, races, religions and classes coexist peacefully. This does not mean it is a paradise. It means it is a Western success in the direction of peace and the democratic management of society.
4. This is where we have failed. We have a problem amongst the Kurds, the Shiites, the Baha'is, and on and on. Thus, we are not awaiting a Christian or Nubian president here in Egypt any time soon.
