البند الخامس
أتفق الطرفان على أن يعيين الطرف الأول مديراً ومشرفاً للمعرض بالكامل يكون مسئولا عن تنظيم العمل بالكامل داخل المعرض ومتابعة حضور العاملين وإنصرافهم ونظافتهم وتوجيههم إذا لزم الأمر لمصلحة المكان ورفع التقارير الخاصة عنهم ويكون مرتبه مسئولية الطرف الأول وحده .
البند السادس
أتفق الطرفان على أن يقوم الطرف الأول بعمل الدعاية اللازمة لتنشيط مبيعات العرض والتعريف عنه للجمهور على أن تتم سداد حصة الطرف الثانى من تكاليف تلك الدعاية نسبة للمساحة المستغلة منه إلى إجمالى مساحة المعرض ويكون لسداد القيمة منفصلا عن حق إستغلال المذكور من البند الثالث من هذا العقد .
و قد تم تقدير هذه القيمة بما يعادل 40 جنيها (فقط أربعون جنيهاً لا غير) للمتر المربع تسدد نقدا ليد الطرف الأول شهريا.
البند السابع
من المتفق عليه أن الطرف الأول قام بتجهيز المكان وعمل الديكورات اللازمة من تكييف وإضاءة وأرضيات وإستندات عرض لخدمة المكان وفى حالة رغبة الطرف الثانى فى تغيير طريقة العرض بما يتوافق مع أسلوب عرض المنتجات الخاصة به ويقوم بعمل التحضيرات اللازمة على نفقته الخاصة بعد موافقة الطرف الأول ودون الرجوع عليه بأى مطالبات مقابل ما يقوم به من تعديلات .
البند الثامن
يلتزم الطرف الثانى بمتابعة حركة البيع الخاصة بمنتجاته يوميا وعمل الإستعاضة اللازمة لما قد يكون تم بيعه بحيث تكون المساحة المتاحة للعرض دائما فى مظهر جيد ولا تؤثر على حركة البيع داخل المعرض ، كما يحق له إستبدال البضائع المعروضة بأخرى فى أى وقت يشاء بما يساعد على حركة البيع.
ومن المتفق عليه أن هذه البضائع مسئولية الطرف الثانى والعاملين لديه وحده ويحق له عمل الجرد اللازم لتلك البضائع فى أى وقت يشاء بعد مواعيد العمل التى يحددها الطرف الأول.
Translation - English Article Five
The two parties agreed that first party will appoint a manager and supervisor for the exhibition in full, who shall be responsible for organizing the work in entirety within the exhibition and follow up the attendance and leaving of workers and their cleanliness and shall guide them if necessary in the interest of the place as well as reporting on them, the salary of whom will be the responsibility of first party alone.
Article Six
The two parties agreed that the first party will do advertising necessary to stimulate the sales of the display and to inform the public so that the second party’s share of the costs of such advertising will be paid according to ratio of exploited area to the total exhibition space while this value has to be paid separately from the right to exploit which has been mentioned in the third item of this contract.
This value has been estimated to the equivalent of 40 pounds (only forty pounds) per square meter, payable monthly in cash to the hand of the first party.
Article Seven
It is agreed that the first party has prepared the place and made the decorations as of air- conditioning and lighting, flooring and display stands to serve the location and in case of the desire of the second party to change the view in line with the presentation of its products and makes the necessary preparations at his own expense after the approval of the first party, and without any claims against him for what he is doing from modifications.
Article Eight
The Second Party is committed to pursue the sales activity of their products daily and make the necessary replacement for what may have been sold so that the space available for display is always in good appearance and does not affect the sales activity within the exhibition, and is also entitled to replace the goods offered with others at any time in support of the sales activity.
It is agreed that the goods are the responsibility for the second party and his staff alone and he has the right to perform the inventory required for those goods at any time after working hours that are determined by the first party.
