Hello,

My name is
Gunilla. I was born and raised in Sweden but have lived, attended school and
worked in English speaking countries for several years. I currently reside in
Atlanta, USA.

Since I have
used both spoken and written Swedish and English in my day to day life for many
years, I decided some years back to put it to use in the translation,
proofreading and interpretation industry.

Through
various clients, I have had the chance to translate projects from English to Swedish as well as Swedish to English in many different
fields. I also work with Danish to
Swedish or English translations.

My projects
have ranged from websites, product
descriptions, gaming, apps, children’s books and poetry to court cases and
tourist information etc. My projects have also included writing and
translating reviews for a large number of online casino sites.

For the past 6+ years, I have focused on translation
and proofreading of Subtitles for feature films, TV-shows as well as
educational videos etc. I recently acquired a Certificate in Subtitling QA.
