Personal Conduct of Employees

Dear Checkpoint Employees:
You are cordially invited to take part in the 2013 Employee Survey.
Survey Purpose:
Your responses to this survey will help Checkpoint leaders identify ways to make our company an even better place to work. An independent survey tool called SurveyMonkey is being used to conduct the survey.
Accessing the Survey:
The survey is online and it is accessible either by clicking on the hyperlink above or by copying and pasting the hyperlink in the address bar of your Web browser. You may use any computer that has Internet access to take this survey. This hyperlink is unique, so please do not share it with anyone else. Once you have completed the survey, it will no longer allow access into the survey.
Important Reminders:
Please complete the survey by 6 PM EST on WEDNESDAY, March 13
Your responses to this survey are confidential. You will not have to provide your name. Your answers will be combined with those of other employees. No subgroup will have data with less than 7 participants.
