Whenever a customer makes a purchase, they will have priorities as to what makes their experience a positive one. If it is a small item that they can take with them, the business’s responsibility is to see to it that the item is packaged and presented in a manageable, portable fashion with a minimum of waiting. However, customer service begins before this. When a customer enters the store or the showroom to find what they are looking for, they may require the attention of staff to enable them to find it. Some customers just want to browse. Staff is required to ascertain what a customer wants how they want to go about it and whether they will need any help.
Customer service can be defined as any action you take to ensure that a customer is pleased with the transaction on a long-term basis. This includes “after sales service”, which entails ensuring that the customer leaves the point of sale with the item that they were looking for, within the period of time that they intended to spend sourcing it, and then has no problems using it. It is easy enough to ensure a customer goes away from the point of sale with the item they had come to purchase. Ensuring that they are happy going forward may require more care and attention, and this is where after-sales service needs to be at its highest level. Pre-sales, after sales and point-of-sale service are all essential elements of customer service.

أما الخط العربي .... فله سحرهُ وجمالهُ ... يستوقفُ الناظَر ويثير الدهشة
والإعجاب..
أما الخطاطون فهم الذين يرسمون الحرف فينطق بكل ماهو بديع ... يعزفون
على أوتاره فيأتي بكل ماهو جميل .
من خلال مجموعتي البسيطة من المصاحف أصطحبكم برحلة نسير من
خلالها مع الخط العربي منذ أن كان بسيطا حتى أصبح فناً يُقتنى. منذ كان
المصحف يُكتب بالخط المكي )سمي بالكوفي لاحقاً( حتى أصبح يُكتب بخط
النسخ مروراً بالعديد من الخطوط بعضها مازال حياً وبعضها اندثر.
لست باحثاً في علم الخط ولكني رغبت بنقل تصوري في تطور الخط العربي
وذلك من خلال هذه المجموعة البسيطة في خمس مراحل أساسية، تبدأ
المرحلة الأولى بولادة الخط العربي، ثم مرحلة اختراع الخطوط، ننتقل بعدها
إلي مرحلة جمالية الخط والتذهيب، مروراً بالمرحلة الرابعة وهي مرحلة
الطباعة وأخيراً مصحف قطر وأجمل المصاحف المطبوعة.
آخذكم عبر رحلة زمنية عمرها أربعة عشر قرناً متمنياً لكم وقتاً مليئاً

Qur’an is the book of Allah and the timeless miracle of the prophet Muhammad, until God inherits earth and those, on its suface.as for Arabic calligraphy... it has its own charm and beauty ... and it has the glare of observer and creates a state of astonishment and admiration.
While calligraphers are those who draw the character so it articulates creativity .they pick its strings emanating what is beautiful.
Through my simple collection of Qur’ans, I shall take you in a journey, where we itinerant the Arabic calligraphy since it was humble until the time it became an acquired art. Since the Qur’an was written in Makki script (named later al-Kufic script), until it was written in al- Naskh script passing through many of scripts, where some of them are still alive while others extinct.
I am not a researcher in the science of script, but I wanted to convey my perception of the evolution of Arabic calligraphy, through this simple set in five basic phases, starting with the first phase of the birth of Arabic calligraphy, then the phase of the invention of scripts, then we move to the phase of artistic and gilding calligraphy, passing through the fourth phase; which is the phase of printing, Finally, Qatar Qur’an and the most alluring printed Qur’ans.
I will take you throughout a time journey that is fourteen centuries-old, wishing you a pleasure and instructive time, pleading to God to help me serve his holy book. Of intentions Allah alone, I do attend

فن الزخرفة و التذهيب
ارتبط فن التذهيب في الحضارة الإسلامية بوجه عام بالخط العربي، فلا يكاد
يخلو مصحف من الفترة المملوكية أو العثمانية إلا ونرى فيه تسابقاً في
استخدام فن التذهيب و تلوين بدايات وأحياناً نهايات المصحف الشريف . كلمة تذهيب اشتقت من كلمة "ذهب"، وفي لسان العرب يقال تذهيب للتدليل
على معنى واسم الفن الذي يقوم بدهان وكساء الكتب أوغيره من القطع ذات
المكانة الثمينة لدى الشخص الراغب بالتذهيب. ويتم التذهيب عبر استخدام
ورق الذهب الذي يتم الحصول عليه عبر إذابة معدن الذهب وترقيقه إلى
درجة يتشابه فيها مع الورق، ثم يقوم الفنان أو المُذهّب بإذابة ورقة الذهب في
الماء مع إضافة مادة الجيلاتين .
لم يكن هناك مناص من أن ينشأ فن التذهيب القرآني ببطء أكثر من نشأة فن
الخط، لأنه لم يكن مطلوباً بشكل مباشر من النص. أضف إلى ذلك أن ظهوره
قد تعطل بسبب الخوف من السماح لأي شيء بالتطفل على النص. 1
لقد كان التذهيب في القرن الثالث للهجرة بدائياً، ونادراً ما كانت تذهب أغلفة
الكتب، وأحياناً كان التذهيب يقتصر على القرآن الكريم، ومع مرور الزمن

The art of gilding in the Islamic civilization Associated in general, with Arabic calligraphy, there is almost no Qur’an in the Ottoman and Mamluk period that cannot see the competition in the use of the art of gilding and the coloring of beginnings and sometimes endings of the holy Koran. Qur’an

It was inevitable that the arise of Qur’anic Gilding Art is more slow than the arise of the art of calligraphy, because he was not required directly from the text. Add to that its appearance faded because of the fear of letting anything snooping on text.3
Gilding in the third century of Hegira was primitive, and book covers were rarely glided, and sometimes gilding was limited to the Quran, and by time gliding has been associated with the art of calligraphers, and flourished in the countries of the Islamic world.

This application allows you to learn German nouns with the correct articles, fast and easy to enable you to remember them for a long time.
Aim of the application
Mneme Artikel is developed in such a way that strong neural connections are formed to enable you to use the necessary words with the correct articles automatically.
Organization of material
All the nouns are grouped according to topics and are available in the gallery. Clicking on the picture and the button “learn” you can choose the topic that you are interested in. These “thematic packages” will be transferred to the Learn tab, where you can enter the required package, select the section and start learning.
Game, learning
You are shown the words from a certain section in a particular order. Your task is to read the word and choose «Der», «Die» or «Das».
In order to answer, it is not obligatory for you to know the word. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes! The game was designed in such a way that the process of learning itself happens almost subconsciously in your brain and requires the minimum efforts from you, that is to click the button. You should remember that you have a limited amount of time to answer and the closer you are to the final, the faster your answers should be.
Bonus
In some “thematic packages” there are bonus sections. At first these sections are not available for learning. You will get them
as a reward if you complete all the sections available in this package perfectly well.
Improving the results
Despite the fact that you will memorise and remember the words with their articles, there are some recommendations that will help you to make this faster:
1) Don’t do any other things simultaneously with playing (e.g. don’t watch TV, search the Internet or talk on your phone). Fully concentrate on the game.
2) Really read the word shown in German
3) Answer as soon as possible, even if you have a lot of time left
4) Do every section 3-5 times
5) Relax and calm down. There is no need to exert yourself, even if your answer is wrong. The more stress you are under, the worse your results will be. The calmer you are, the faster you learn. Enjoy!

Besides wood and wooden objects, paints, varnish, color, glass, plastics, steel and metals are also used in this domain.

Wood technics is well developed in our country and wood decoration contributes much to fulfillment of the ever increasing needs inland and abroad.
Decoupage carving is significant in wood decoration. You will be able to gain decoupage skills, learn about machine cutting and you will be able to create furniture such as boxes, lecterns, pen boxes and chests with unique figures.
During cut carving, you will learn about types of decoration, materials used, the stages of production and machine cut carving and find a chance to apply these.

The filmmaker had filed a case with the Bombay High Court seven months ago after Pubali Chaudhuri registered the story for the sequel with the Film Waters Association under her name alone. Gattu’s lawyers used emails exchanged between him and Pubali as evidence that they had indeed written the script together, and won the case. As they say, justice prevailed.
One Line – GATTU WINS THE BATTLE
Richa Chadha is the latest addition to the Sarabjit Singh biopic. The actress will join Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Randeep Hooda in Omung Kumar’s film about the Indian prisoner that died in a Pakistani jail. People in the know tell me Richa will play the meaty role of Sarabjit’s wife in the film that will roll in Punjab this November. Omung’s going to showcase the new biopic in Cannes next May, so don’t be surprised when it wins the world over!

For a change, it has been proved by the success of the film Airlift that the audience appreciates a good movie, irrespective of the content, not only an entertaining movie. The film Airlift, the first movie of the 2016 to have entered the 100 crore club, is a story based on the real life happening. That makes the success matter even more.
THIS CHAPTER SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN OUR TEXT BOOKS!
We all know about the earlier history makers of the India, as old as Akbar and Shah Jahan, and even earlier ones but, we are not aware of the contemporary 20th century history makers! Based on one such historical event, the film Airlift has become the third film of Akshay Kumar, and the first film of the 2016 to have entered the 100 crore club, to have enjoyed the status of being highest Opening Weekend collector among Akshay’s movies.
YES, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BIT DIFFICULT TO HIDE 1,70,000 PEOPLE!
If you are thinking that he escaped or helped 1,70,000 Indians to escape a war torn country, think again. Of course, it was not an escape but a business tactic which made making away with these many of people possible! This would not have been possible by opposing the authorities but coming to some deal with the, which would have benefitted them in some way. And, the business man too.
THE INDIAN CENSOR BOARD HAS LOST ITS’ MARBLES!
The Indian Censor Board seems to have lost its’ marbles completely by seeing just the trailer of the film and deciding to give ‘A’ certificate to the film! The film makers are of the opinion, not only angry and surprised, that the board has behaved more or less like the university authorities shown in the film. Even more shocking when they asked for some cuts in the film, all based on the trailer.
