I am a graduate Spanish freelance translator. I studied Translation and Interpreting at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (4 years, main subjects: English, French, and Chinese), and I received a grant from the EU university exchange programme Socrates-Erasmus to attend the third year of the Translation and Interpreting studies at the University of Aix-en-Provence, France. After my studies I started working for Deutsche Bank translating financial news from English into Spanish, and since March 2001 have been working as a freelance. During that time I have been producing high-quality translations (English/French>Spanish/Catalan), with specialist subjects in: financial and economic literature, EU texts, company presentations, catalogues and brochures, and web localisation.
