Translation - English Saudi Food and Drug Authority Seeks the Utilization of University Expertise in Occupational Health and Safety Systems and Procedures
As new assertion on University success in implementing initiatives for safe and distinguished environment , University received a request from Saudi Food and Drug Authority to utilize University experience in the application of occupational health and safety management system and to participate in reviewing the systems and procedures of occupational and environmental health and safety at Authority and to visit University by Authority’s specialists to review the applied systems and procedures in addition to cooperate in safety training and awareness fields and participate in activities of inspection and assessment of occupational health and safety.
Dr. Musallam Mohammed Al Dossri, Vice Rector, stated that; Vice Rectorship received instructions from Dr. Kahlid Saad Al Mugren , University Rector, to respond and fully cooperate with Authority considering the high position of Authority which supervise important aspect of citizen health and to assert the excellence and lead ,sought by University since its inception, in applying occupational health and safety systems and procedures and developing the policies in this respect. The Rector congratulated Vice Rectorship , represented in Department of Occupational and Environmental Health, on the excellence in performing its work and practicing the duties according to the approved organizational structure through which university aimed to establish educational environment according to academic quality standards and requirements to achieve an ideal environment for University’s male and female students, staff and faculty with inclusion of setting for people with special needs as The Rector wished department staff a continued excellence and lead to achieve University goals through its strategic plan.

If Iran and the United States are unable to agree a political framework outlining the contours of a final comprehensive agreement to end the nuclear dispute by March 24, negotiations are unlikely to continue. However, if they succeed, the rest of this quarter will be spent working out the details of a phased agreement. Domestically, the government's focus will be on cutting costs and seeking alternative revenue sources to counter the drop in oil prices. Regionally, the United States will need to convince its Gulf Arab partners of the benefits of any agreement at a time of growing Gulf Arab concern over Iran’s assertive policies toward the conflicts in Iraq and Yemen.
Strategic summary
An agreement in March would allow for the details of a phased agreement to be worked out by the end of June.
Failure to secure a deal would undermine Iran's centrist and reformist blocs, and Rouhani's policy of engagement with the West.
If the process fails, the United States will come under pressure to tighten sanctions; the risk of US-Israeli military action will also rise.
Increases in taxation and utility prices, and non-oil growth will help the economy ride out lower oil prices.
Tensions between Abu Dhabi and Dubai over policy toward Iran may resurface if a deal is reached.
What next
Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and the wider political elite will face key decisions on the compromises Iran is willing to make to reach a nuclear accord. Political conditions in Tehran favour compromise, but only if Washington can offer substantial sanctions relief, a concession which would face stiff opposition from the US Congress. On the economic front, the 2015-16 cost-cutting budget is likely to pass through parliament and be implemented in time for the start of the fiscal year on March 21.

إذا لم تتمكن كل من إيران والولايات المتحدة من التوصل إلى إطار سياسي يضع الأساس لاتفاق نهائي شامل لإنهاء النزاع حول الملف النووي الإيراني بحلول 24 مارس من العام الحالي فأنه من غير المرجح استمرار المفاوضات. غير أن نجاح الدولتين في التوصل إلى إطار سياسي سيجعلهما يمضيان بقية الربع السنوي الثاني في العمل على صياغة تفاصيل اتفاق مرحلي . سينصب تركيز الحكومة الإيرانية على الصعيد الداخلي في خفض النفقات والبحث عن مصادر بديلة للإيرادات لمواجهة انخفاض أسعار النفط بينما ستحتاج الولايات المتحدة إلى إقناع شركائها من دول الخليج العربي بفوائد أي اتفاق في الوقت الذي تتصاعد فيه مخاوف دول الخليج من السياسات العدوانية لإيران في العراق واليمن.

سيواجه المرشد الأعلي للثورة الإيرانية علي خامئني والنخبة السياسية الواسعة في إيران قرارات صعبة بخصوص التسويات التي تعتزم إيران تقديمها للتوصل إلى اتفاق نووي .في الوقت الذي تهفو فيه الأجواء السياسية في طهران إلى التسوية لا يمكن لواشنطون سوى عرض تخفيف دائم للعقوبات وهو تنازل سيواجه معارضة متصلبة من الكونجرس. على الصعيد الاقتصادي ,من المرجح إقرار البرلمان الإيراني لموازنة خفض النفقات خلال العام المالي 2015-2016 م وبدء تطبيقها في الوقت المحدد مع بداية العام المالي في 21 مارس من هذا العام.
