Source text - Arabic On the global front, conflict areas that has emerged in the past decade rather than being resolved, the situation has only worsened, with people facing the brunt. According to UN statistics, today the world has the highest number of internally displaced refugees than ever before. Using any possible means, people are fleeing war torn zones for better life in Europe, USA, GCC, Turkey, Jordan and Australia.
Various proxy wars continue, particularly in the Middle East, Yemen in the GCC and Ukraine. Meanwhile in 2015 the strength of terror group capable of taking on small countries has grown in capability having the ability to organize, finance, propagate and inflict severe damage and casualties on governments and people besides taking control of large cities and regions. These threats and other aggressive stance by certain countries have forced other countries to work in unison e.g. sanctions on Russia by EU and USA, the joint Arab effort with US backed allies against ISIL, the neighboring countries around Nigeria against Boko Haram, the ASEAN countries in face the growing Chinese control over South China Sea.
Translation - English ازدادت بؤر الصراع في المنطقة خلال العقد الماضي ولم تضمحل بل ازدادت الصراعات سوءًا وتفاقمت وطأتها على الناس. ووفقًا لإحصائيات الأمم المتحدة فإن العالم يشهد أكبر موجة نزوح داخلي على الإطلاق، فقد بدأ اللاجئون باستخدام أي وسيلة ممكنة للهروب من المناطق التي تمزقها الحروب آملا في حياة أفضل سواءً في أوروبا، أو الولايات المتحدة، أو الخليج، أو تركيا، أو الأردن، أو استراليا.
لازالت الحروب بالوكالة مستمرة خاصة في الشرق الأوسط واليمن والخليج وأوكرانيا، ومن المتوقع ازدياد قدرات التنظيمات الإرهابية خلال عام 2015م لتصبح قادرة على الاستيلاء على الدول الصغيرة، نظرًا لقدرتها على التنظيم والتمويل والانتشار وإحداث أضرارٍ جسيمة على الحكومات وإسقاط ضحايا من المدنيين، بجانب الاستيلاء على مناطق شاسعة ومدنًا كبيرة. إن تهديد بعض الدول والهجوم عليها أرغم بقية الدول على أن يتحدوا، وعلى سبيل المثال العقوبات المفروضة على روسيا من الإتحاد الأوروبي وأمريكا، وتحالف الدول العربية المدعوم من أمريكا في محاربة تنظيم الدولة، وإتحاد الدول المجاورة لنيجيريا ضد بوكو حرام، وإتحاد آسيان في مواجهة السيطرة الصينية على بحر الصين الجنوبي.
