Translation - English The Shura Council has unanimously agreed for the second time to lift parliamentary immunity from Shura Council Member Mamdouh Ismail, owner of El-Salam Company possessing the inflicted Ferryboat, due to the request advanced from the General Socialist Prosecutor so as he would be able to take the constitutional procedures entitled to him in order to sequester the assets of the Member who has committed actions that afflicted a broad sector of citizens and claimed the lives of more than one thousand persons in addition to damaging their properties and creating a disorder in public services procedures.

Applicable for the warranty are the generally recognized terms and conditions or those agreed in the delivery contract.
The warranty is rendered null and void if you
-cause damage to the shutter due to a lack of knowledge of the information provided in these installation operating and Maintenance instructions.
- alter or remove any functional parts
- attach additional structural components to the shutter.
- carry out structural modifications without our prior approval
- undertake improper installation or arrange for same to be carried out by others, contrary to the installation guidelines we have set out
- damage the shutter as a result of improper operation (see section 4.1)
- use the shutter for purposes for which it was not intended (see section1.1)
- fail to have the shutter inspected and maintained at regular intervals as stipulated (see section 5.1)
To prevent the lintel or shutter curtain sustaining damage, take care that the curtain does not touch the lintel when the shutter opens and closes.
Do not operate the shutter if the ZAK gear system is unhooked. This cause :
. Damage to the shutter system.
. Malfunctions when the shutter is operated
In the case of malfunctions in the ZAK gear system a qualified specialist (competent person in accordance with the European Standard
In the event of malfunctions or failure of the closing edge safety device or roll-up safety device, you can operate the shutter in emergency mode by dead mans control.

تسري على هذا الضمان الشروط والأحكام العامة المعتمدة أو تلك المتفق عليها في عقد التسليم.
و يعد الضمان لاغياً وباطلاً في حالة تسببكم في وقوع أحد الأمور التالية:
- إلحاق الضرر بالبوابة نتيجة الجهل بالمعلومات الواردة في تلك التعليمات الخاصة بالتركيب والتشغيل والصيانة.
- تغيير أو إزالة أي جزء من الأجزاء الوظيفية.
- إضافة أية مكونات هيكلية إضافية إلى البوابة.

- عدم الالتزام بفحص و صيانة البوابة بصفةٍ دورية على النحو المنصوص عليه (راجع البند 5-1)
للحيلولة دون إلحاق الضرر بعتب البوابة أو الحصيرة الخاصة بها، احرص على عدم تماس حصيرة البوابة بالعتب عند فتح البوابة أو غلقها.
لا تقم بتشغيل البوابة إذا ما كانت منظومة تروس (زاك) مفكوكة حيث أن ذلك يؤدي إلى:
• إلحاق الضرر بمنظومة البوابة.
• وقوع أعطال عند تشغيل البوابة.
وفي حالة وقوع أعطال في منظومة تروس (زاك) يتعين استدعاء أحد المختصين المؤهلين (شخص يتميز بالكفاءة وفقاً للمعايير القياسية الأوربية) لإصلاحها.
أما في حالة حدوث أعطال أو قصور في جهاز أمان عتبة البوابة أو جهاز أمان طي البوابة، فيمكنكم تشغيل البوابة في وضع الطوارئ باستخدام أداة أمان التشغيل.

Hellenistic poetry is an inspiring source, whose influence extends till today, and may be also to future generations.
Considering the innovative nature which is mainly characterizing this poetry, we can presume that it is entitled to be examined as an inexhaustible provider of many aspects regarding subjects, techniques, extent, content and impacts of socio-cultural approaches and reformations.
It is undoubtedly accepted that Callimachus is the major representative of the innovative Alexandrian Hellenistic literature in all its dimensions of plurality, erudition and refined expressions. His generation and their successors absorbed the Hellenic tradition and added their contribution by producing what is worldly known as Hellenistic Literature.
Callimachean poetry is also a rich field for highly specialized comparisons, syncretic depictions and representations which used its environment and the available mythical and historical background as a raw material to evaluate, describe, differentiate and portray places, toponyms, customs, ideologies, beliefs, not only for literary achievements but also for the expression of the scientific and humanistic trends of his age.

إن الشعر الهلنستي هو ينبوعٌ زاخرٌ بالإلهام، يمتد أثره إلى اليوم، ويتجاوزه إلى الغد عابرًا حجب الزمن ليُلهِم أجيال المستقبل. ونظرًا لما تنطوي عليه الطبيعة الخلاقة التي يتميز بها هذا الشعر بصفةٍ عامة، فإنه بوسعنا أن نفترض أن الشعر الهلنستي يستحق منا أن نتناوله بعين الدراسة بوصفه معينًا لا ينضب من نواحٍ عدة بما يتميز به من موضوعات، وأساليب، وعمق، ومحتوى، وبما له من أثرٍ على التوجهات الاجتماعية والثقافية وما واكبها من حركاتٍ إصلاحية.
ومن المسلم به جدلاً أن كاليماخوس ُيعَد أبرز ممثلٍ للأدب السكندري الهلنستي الخلاق بما يمثله هذا الأدب من أبعاد تنطوي على التعددية والشمول المعرفي والتعابير الراقية. فلقد استوعب جيلُه ومَنْ خَلَفَه من أجيال التقاليد والنزعات اليونانية، وشاركوا بإسهاماتهم في خَلقِ ما يُعرَف عالميًا باسم الأدب الهلنستي.
كما أنَ الشِعرَ الكاليماخيَ – نسبةً إلى كاليماخوس القوريني - يُعَدَُ أيضًا حقلاً غنيًا لأنماطٍ شديدة الخصوصية من المقابَلات، والصور الفنية الألمعية، والتمثيلات التي خَلَقَت من بيئة هذا الشعر والخلفيات الأسطورية والتاريخية التي شاعت في هذا الزمان، المادة الخام اللازمة لتقييم، ووصف، وتمييز، وتصوير الأماكن، والمسميات، والعادات، والعقائد والمعتقدات - ليس بغرض تحقيق النجاحات الأدبية فحسب - ولكن للتعبير أيضًا عن النزعات العلمية والإنسانية في ذلك العصر.

Bio
I am a skilled, talented and dedicated English/Arabic/English translator. I specialise in mass media, legal, computer, Linguistics, Egyptology, History, Humanities and commercial texts. I worked as a freelance Internet media translator for the Arab Press News Agency in Cairo as well as ElDib-Advocates, Egypt's premiere admiralty, P&I, corporate law firm as a legal translator. Currently I am a Senior Translation Specialist at the Library of Alexandria (Binliotheca Alexandrina). I also contributed in the localization of various software programs for Microsoft and Adobe companies. In addition, I lecture in General Linguistics, Translation Theory & Practice, Phonetics, Syntax, Morphology,Lexicography and Semantics to undergraduates at the English Language Departments at the Faculties of Arts and Education.
I have special intertest in English/Arabic/English Lexicography. Moreover, I am a skilled computer literate who can deal proffesionally with MS Office applications as well as Web contents and CAT tools namely Trados.
