In the case constituted between the two parties mentioned, the following decree has been issued.
According to the lawsuit, the request, the acknowledgement, the legalization and mutual consent and pursuant to articles 79 and 1817 of the Journal and 168 and 175 of the personal status law, has sentenced the defendant Gheith mentioned above by the amount of sixty Jordanian Dinar as an inadequate and betterment maintenance for the child Jude Al-Kayyali mentioned above and ordered him to pay this to the mother of the child whose is under her custody and incubation to spend it on the child by virtue starting since the date of request on 17/8/2008 and the defendant is obliged to pay the fees and legal expenses as a contradictory verdict subject to appeal and explained for the present attorneys publicly on 28/3/1430 Hijri on 25/3/2009.
Fees: 11.870 Jordanian Dinars only
The verdict has acquired the peremptory degree since the appeal period passed.

Explosive Remnants of war (ERW) have a vast impact on the land where conflicts took place all over the world; the Existence of these ERW for long periods of time led to difficulty of detection and increased its danger. It caused the killing, maiming and disabling of thousands of innocent children, women and men in addition to the negative impact on the social, economic and environmental aspects.
Consequently, there is an urgent need for concerted national and international efforts to provide the necessary support and to develop plans for the implementation of relevant projects to remove the threat and end the human suffering caused by this danger.
The international community adopted the 2003 Protocol on Explosive Remnants of War, which aims to reduce the Influence of all ammunition and unexploded ordnance of war on the civilian population so that the Protocol obliges all parties involved in armed conflicts to clear its territory from ERW and to take necessary measures to reduce the threat they pose on civilians and to provide victim assistance. However, this protocol has not entered into force until now.
Therefore, based on the consolidated principles of the National Committee of Demining and rehabilitation (NCDR )and its concern to end the danger caused by mines and other remnants of war, with the support of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization / Maintenance and supply Department (NATO / NAMSA) and with the collaboration efforts of other Jordanian institutions, NCDR was able to start Explosive Remnants of War Assessment Survey Project on the communities affected by ERW contamination in Jordan. The purpose of this project is to find out the extent of ERW impact and to prepare a comprehensive assessment to submit recommendations to the related and specialized authorities and stake holders in order to enable them to put an end for this problem to a reasonable extent in order to assist in the planning for the rehabilitation of affected communities and in the victim assistance.

تعاني بعض الدول التي شهدت حروباً و نزاعات داخلية من تلوث مساحات شاسعة من أراضيها بمخلفات الحرب، و قد أدى بقاء تلك المخلفات لفترات طويلة إلى صعوبة كشفها و زيادة خطورتها، مما تسبب بقتل وتشويه وإعاقة آلاف الأبرياء من الأطفال والنساء والرجال، بالإضافة إلى إنعكاساتها السلبية على النواحي الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والبيئيــة.
لذلك برزت الحاجة الملحة لتضافر الجهود الدولية التي تُعنى بتوفير الدعم ووضع الخطط لتنفيذ المشاريع اللازمة لإنهاء هذا الخطر والتخفيف من المعاناة الإنسانية الناتجة عنه.
كما أن المجتمع الدولي إعتمد في عام 2003 البروتكول الخاص بمخلفات الحروب القابلة للإنفجار، والذي يهدف إلى الحد من مشكلة الذخائر المتروكة و الذخائر غير المنفجرة، بحيث يُـلزم البروتوكول كل طرف في نزاع مسلح على تطهير أراضية من هذه المخلفات وإتخاذ التدابير اللازمة للحـد من الخطر الذي تشكلة على المـدنـيين وتقـديم المسـاعدة للضحايــا. إلا أن هـذا البروتوكـول لم يدخـل حيـز التنفيذ بعـــد.
يعتبر الأردن من الدول المتأثرة نسبيا بمخلفات الحرب، حيث تشير الإحصائيات الرسمية لعام 2008 إلى أنه تم العثور على أكثر من ألف و مائة قطعة من مخلفات الحروب المختلفة، كما تشير الى وقوع ثلاثة عشر حادثاً، نتج عنها وفيات و إصابات جسيمة و قد وقعت جميعها لمدنيين. لذلك وإنطلاقاً من المبادىء الراسخة للهيئة الوطنية لإزالة الألغام وإعادة التأهيل وحرصها الدؤوب على حصر وإنهاء الخطر الناتج عن الألغام ومخلفات الحروب الأخرى، وبدعم من منظمة حلف شمال الأطلــسي وبتظافر جهود مؤسسات الدولة المعنية، تمكنت الهيئة من البدء بتنفيذ مشروع تقييم أثر مخلفات الحرب، لمسح كافة المناطق المتأثرة في الأردن نتيجة تلوثها بتلك المخلفات، للوقوف على واقعها و تقدير مدى تأثرها ولإعداد دراسة شاملة و توصيات ترفع إلى الجهات المعنية لتمكينها من التعامل مع هذا الخطر وإنهاءه إلى الحد المعقول، و لتساعد على التخطيط لإعـادة تـأهيل المجتمـعات المـتأثرة والمـناطق المـلوثة ومسـاعدة المصابين.
