Bio
The company mission is to provide translation and multi-lingual desktop publishing services to community agencies and corporations, allowing them to get their message to newcomers with limited English language skills.


Multi-Cultural Educational Services was founded in March of 1996 by Charles La Rue and Pamela La Rue. With my 30 years of teaching ESL and working on projects with newcomers we have the experience to provide accurate and timely translations for customers and clients.
