• All work done by Irwin Mitchell LLP and/or our servants or agents in pursuing your Claim for damages for personal injury suffered in the course of an accident on or around 29 April 2010 including:-
(i) all work undertaken by Irwin Mitchell LLP and/or our servants or agents prior to formal signature of this Agreement; and/or
(ii) all further work undertaken by Irwin Mitchell LLP and/or our servants or agents until the final conclusion of your case, including dealing with the recovery of legal costs.
• Any appeal by your opponent.
• Any appeal you make against an interim order during the proceedings.
• Any proceedings you take to recover your damages and/or costs and to enforce a judgment, order or agreement.
What is not covered by this Agreement
• Any counterclaim against you.
• Any appeal you make against the final judgment or order.

Source text - English 1. What is the change that is going to happen on 1 May 2011?
The Worker Registration Scheme (‘WRS’) will no longer exist.
Any A8 national will be able to access income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit by signing on as
a jobseeker at Jobcentre Plus and meeting the requirements imposed on British Citizen jobseekers.
Any A8 worker in work will be able to access in-work benefits regardless of whether she has registered with the WRS. Many A8
workers who are out of work who could not access benefits in the past because they had not registered or had not completed enough time in registered work will be able to access benefits.
In brief, the rights of A8 nationals will be brought in line with the rights of other EEA nationals.
In theory, these changes could come in before 1 May 2011. However, the Government cannot keep the current system in place after that date. There are no exceptions to this.

Wszystkim obywatelom krajów A8 będzie przysługiwać zasiłek dla osób bezrobotnych przyznawany w oparciu o dochody (income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance), zasiłek mieszkaniowy (Housing Benefit) i dodatek do podatku od nieruchomości (Council Tax Benefit), poprzez stawianie się na umówionych spotkaniach w Job Centre Plus i spełnienie wszystkich warunków nałożonych na poszukjących pracy obywateli brytyjskich.
Każdy pracownik pochodzący z kraju A8 będzie miał pełny dostęp do świadczeń w pracy bez względu na to czy posiada rejestrację WRS. Wielu nie pracujących obywateli krajów A8, którym nie przysługiwały świadczenia socjalne ponieważ nie posiadali rejestracji, lub nie byli zarejestrowani przez wymagany okres czasu, teraz będzie miało dostęp do zasiłków.

I am currently undertaking doctoral research for which I was awarded the University of Sheffield Faculty Scholarship. I am looking at the differences in semantic structures between translated and non-translated Polish texts in a currently rather unusual way - by applying the corpus-based Behavioral Profile approach and statistical data analysis to data gathered from monolingual and parallel corpora and elicited from native speakers. I also teach on the University's Advanced Translation from English into Polish module, helping students develop skills and expertise in strategies of English into Polish translation, as well as an understanding of practical approaches to the translation of texts.
I have extensive experience in translating various types of documents, including a Global Anti-corruption Policy documentation for an international company (EN>PL), Procurement Notice for a 5 year/3,000 FH inspection on a Bell-412HP helicopter (PL>EN), Conditional Fee Agreement (EN>PL), Subsoil Licences (RU>EN), Rights to Benefits FAQ leaflet (EN>PL), divorce petitions (EN<>PL), witness statements (EN<>PL), certificates (EN<>PL, EN<>RU), websites (EN>PL), and many more. I am also an experienced interpreter, working for the justice system, health care and private sector.
Since 2010, I have been designing and teaching DPSI, DipTrans, and CBS preparatory courses, which result in accredited and nationally recognised qualifications.
