Nova naučna saznanja o bezbednosnim pojavama bitno su zavisna od kvantiteta i kvaliteta postojećeg teorijskog fonda bezbednosnih nauka. Činjenica je da bezbednosne nauke nemaju izgrađenu, pa ni jedinstvenu teoriju; ona je skup često udaljenih teorija o užim delovima predmeta bezbednosnih nauka. Neke su primarno teorijske, a neke primenjene. Svaka od njih ima karakter doktrine i (ili) pravne regulative; sazdane su od niza stavova, uputstava i principa. Nema dovoljno korektnih definicija i naučnih zakona koji imaju kapitalnu ulogu u istraživanju bezbednosnih pojava. Zbog toga su istraživanja veoma složena i nepouzdana, a rezultati uslovni i hipotetični. | Translation - English
New scientific knowledge on security phenomena is essentially dependent on the quantity and quality of existing theoretical fund of security sciences. The fact is that security sciences have neither a finished nor a unique theory; they are a unity of often remote theories about narrower parts of security sciences’ subject. Some are primarily theoretical and some are applied. Each of them has the character of a doctrine and (or) legal regulations; they are made of a series of attitudes, instructions and principles. There is a lack of correct definitions of the scientific laws that have the capital role in the research of security phenomena. This is why the research is very complex and unreliable, while the results are conditional and hypothetical. |

Nowadays cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death in developed countries. During 2008 this group of illnesses has been responsible for 4,3 million deaths in Europe, or about 50% of all deaths (1). It has been well documented that inactive adults have an increased risk for CVD morbidity and mortality (2). Although CVD does not manifest until middle adulthood, its origins have been linked to early childhood (3). Therefore, the aim of this paper is to review the evidence that physical activity (PA) and fitness (especially cardiorespiratory fitness – CRF) during childhood and adolescence are inversely related to cardiovascular risk factors both in childhood and at an adult age. | Translation - Serbian
Danas su kardiovaskularne bolesti (KVB) vodeći uzrok smrti u razvijenim zemljama. Tokom 2008. godine ova grupa oboljenja je bila odgovorna za 4,3 miliona smrtnih slučajeva u Evropi, ili oko 50% svih smrtnih slučajeva (1). Dokazano je da neaktivne odrasle osobe imaju povećan rizik za morbiditet i mortalitet od KVB (2). Iako se KVB ne ispoljavaju do srednjih godina, njihovo poreklo se vezuje za rano detinjstvo (3). Dakle, cilj ovog rada je da se razmotre dokazi o tome da su fizička aktivnost (FA) i kondicija (posebno kardiorespiratorna kondicija – CRF) u detinjstvu i adolescenciji obrnuto proporcionalni kardiovaskularnim faktorima rizika kako u detinjstvu, tako i kod odraslih. |
