Source text - Arabic استلمت هيئة التحكيم أصل ونسختين من رد الرد من المحتكم ضدها على ما جاء برد المحتكمة المقدم بالجلسة السابقة. تم تسليم المحتكمة نسخة من رد الرد المقدم من المحتكم ضدها بجلسة اليوم وذلك للرد عليها خلال مرافعتها الشفوية حسب طلب المحتكمة. قدمت المحتكمة مذكرة ختامية بدون مستندات من أصل ونسختين، وتم تسليم المحتكم ضدها نسخة منها للرد عليها خلال مرافعتها الشفوية حسب طلب المحتكم ضدها. تم اكتفاء كل من طرفي النزاع بما تم تقديمه من مذكرات ومستندات في الدعوى التحكيمية والطلبات المقابلة وطلب كل منهما فتح باب المرافعة الشفوية لتقديم شرح وبيان لطلباته ورد على ما تم استلامه من كل منهما خلال هذه الجلسة. وعليه قررت هيئة التحكيم إعطاء كل طرف من طرفي التحكيم مدة (15) دقيقة لتقديم مرافعته الشفوية وشرح لدعواه ومطالباته وبعد ذلك يتم إعطاء كل طرف من طرفي التحكيم مدة (5) دقائق للتعقيب على ما جاء بمرافعة الطرف الأخر وذلك وفقاً للتالي:
