Bio
Christine Ascencio

Freelance Translator

Sp.-Eng.

Originally from a small town in Indiana, I have traveled the world, learning about different languages and cultures. I have traveled through Spain and much of Europe to the Caribbean and Latin America. I have lived for extended periods of time in Nicaragua and Mexico.

I have a B.A. in Theological Studies and International Studies from Saint Louis University. I am also working on attaining my ATA certification, among other ways to continue my translation education. I have three years of experience working in bilingual education, medical and religious areas.

I believe that one must do the proper research in a certain area to provide a level of expertise in one's translations.
