Source text - Arabic تم استئناف الحكم من قبل المتهم ((مدير ومالك الشركة المستأنفة)) وقضت محكمة الاستئناف برفض وتأييد الحكم المستأنف، ومن ثم، قامت بالطعن بالتمييز على الحكم الصادر بالدعوى وقضت المحكمة برفض الطعن، وعليه، فإن هذا الحكم الصادر أصبح حكم بات ومبرم فيما يفصل به بين الخصوم وأهمها أحقية الشركة المستأنف ضدها في قيمة الشيكات الستة المحررة التي هي سند الدعوى وأنها حررت نظير فواتير شراء الأقمشة.
Translation - English The judgement was appealed by the Accused ((the Director and Owner of the Appellant Company)); however, the Appeal Court dismissed the Appeal and upheld the appealed judgment. Hence, he challenged for cassation on the judgment rendered in the case; however, the court dismissed it. Accordingly, the judgement rendered is a conclusive, definitive and upheld the decision adjudicated on the litigants, mainly, eligibility of the Appellee Company to the value of the six cheques drawn, upon which the case is based and they were made against invoices of purchasing fabrics.
