Target sentence is below due to character count issue here Explanation: Target sentence Statement for drawing attention, duly registered in the Action Register, is sent herewith through Umar Daraz, No. 3997. Explanation Copy of the FIR is sent through a staff of the respective Police station to the immediate concerned Senior Police Officers ASP/DSP for information, record and issuance of orders for further action on that FIR. Name , number and rank of the staff is duly appended in the FIR. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 days (2016-07-09 09:35:32 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- As rightly pointed out by you the sentence is not fully understandable, however its literal meanings in my opinion are “statement of the complainant was recorded in the Pending Action Register of the Police Station and sent over through Umer Daraz, 3997 for information and further necessary instructions” -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 days (2016-07-09 09:50:16 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Let me try to explain bit more actually when a complaint is received in a police station a Report or FIR is registered and its entry made in the Pending Action Register, a copy of the Report/FIR is sent through a regular staff of the Police Station to concerned immediate senior police officer for his information and relevant instructions. This action is recorded as part of the Police Proceedings in the Report/FIR along with the name and official No. of the staff through whom the report is sent. |
