Thank you so much, Salih, for taking the time to explain this term to me despite your busy schedule. (I have been absent for several days - hence my delay in responding to your suggestion. I shall use the term "invalidate" rather than rejected, but my main purpose was to understand exactly what the Turkish meant. I have translated the sentence as follows:
"The fact that each of the ruling party’s audacious attempts to appoint an administrator in violation of the fundamental rules of law has been invalidated by the judiciary demonstrates just how justified our criticism is." Thanks again!

agree  Harold Lemel: Basiclally OK, but instead of the word "rejection" I would use "revocation" or "overruling," or "invalidation"

-> Yes Dear Harold, there are many other alternatives yet I was in a hurry due to an ongoing time-compliance translation on hand.

neutral  Kim Metzger: Wrong verb (rejected) and grammar error (it's "the" judiciary with a definite article). .

run into a judicial wall

Explanation:
If you want something a little more idiomatic, this may fit the bill, otherwise "rejected by the judiciary" will do just as well.

"Fall foul of the judiciary" is another thought that comes to mind. As Salih says, there are many alternatives.
