Dear Tahmineh,
unfortunately, I can't read your alphabet. The two example sentences are quotes from the reference Wikipedia article. I added a small explanation of the terms in the quote:
playing house = evcilik
playing catch = yakalamaca (you run to catch (= yakalamak) your friend)
playing Mother or Auntie = playing house with reference to Persian culture
Therefore:
playing cat = kedicilik.

tipcat

Explanation:
tipcat: a game in which a short piece of wood, tapered at both ends, is struck lightly at one end with a bat, causing the wood to spring into the air so that it can be batted for a distance.

Webster's Unabridged Dictionary, page 1987.

They might be referring to this game "tipcat" but I am not sure.

Example sentence(s):
  • House, also referred to as "playing house" or "play grown up", is a traditional game, a form of make believe where children or adults take on the roles of a nuclear family, which typically consists of a father, mother, a child/children, a baby, and a cat/
  • In Persian, the common term (خاله بازی or مامان بازی) means Mother play or Auntie play, highlighting the statistically important role played by girls in this game.

Notes to answerer
Asker: dear Elif Many thanks for detailed explanation. As I can understand, playing house (Evcilik) stands for خاله بازی and Playing cat (Kedicilik?) stands for گرگم به هوا.

Asker: Dear Tim, I have seen this page but this is not what I am looking for. "Kedicilik" is kind of play just like "evcilik" and the like.
