English translation:has stakes of
Explanation:
This is one way of putting it, but not the only one:

... company has stakes of 43.05% and 44.10% respectively in ... companies.

I have looked at the sentence again and see it is the other way round, i.e. 43.05% and 44.10% respectively of the stakes in ... company are held by ... companies. As Mr Dilşen notes, it would sound better in English to reverse this and say, "... companies have stakes of 43.05% and 44.10% respectively in ... company."

Explanation:
Ben olsam ya cümleyi farklı şekilde kurup "... and ... are 43,05% and 44,10% subsidiaries of ..., respectively." derdim, ya da Türkçe cümleye daha yakın bir cümle kurmak gerekecekse "... owns 43,05% and 44,10% shares of ... and ..., respectively."derdim ama "iştirak" terimi işin içine girince tam karşılığı olan "subsidiary" geçen cümleyi kullanmanın daha iyi olacağını düşünüyorum.
