Yasaklı teyit belgesi/belgeler

English translation: Certificate of non-disqualification

Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / Documents submitted by company bidding on a tender - Turkey
Turkish term or phrase: Yasaklı teyit belgesi/belgeler
This is one of the types of document submitted by a company bidding on a public contract.

I thought of translating it as : "Affirmation of prohibited practices document" - In other words, a document affirming awareness and basically promising to refrain from certain illegal practices...

I'd appreciate feedback and ideas for perhaps a better term to use in English.

English translation:Certificate of non-disqualification
Explanation:
On the face of it, this is an odd term because it sounds as though the bidder has to provide certification showing that they are barred from bidding, which would be an odd thing to do, because they might as well not bid at all if this is the case.

However, from the following explanations:

"18) İhale üzerinde kalan isteklinin ve varsa ekonomik açıdan en avantajlı ikinci teklifsahibinin, 4734 sayılı Kanun’un 58’inci maddesine göre yasaklı olup olmadığına dair Kamu İhale Kurumundan alınan teyit belgeleri."

"6. İmzalanmış olan sözleşme ve sözleşme imzalandığı tarihte yasaklı
olmadığına ilişkin yasaklı teyit belgesi,"

this is actually a document showing whether or not the bidder is barred, and presumably if it showed the former, the bidder would not bother bidding!

'Certificate of non-disqualification' is really my own invented term, although you can find it used on page 00300-10 here:

Asker: Maybe something like: Documents Affirming Absence of Grounds Prohibiting a Bid? Thanks again Raffi!

Asker: This is great! Thanks

Asker: Perhaps the term: Legal Compliance Affirmation Document...could cover both what you suggested and the sense that Dilyaver suggested?

Explanation:
I work for a Contracting energy company. I will not disclose its name) In our company we have requested from our Subcontractors exactly the same compliance document requiring refraining from any illegal actions and undertakings, including corruption.

Yes, dear Harold. I agree with your comment. Legal Compliance Commitment (adding Document or without it, does not matter much) will suit perfectly.

Notes to answerer
Asker: This is more along my line of what I was thinking originally: Perhaps something like - "Legal Compliance Commitment Document"... Tim's suggestion also makes sense...

Asker: Thank you so much for all of your input, which was really helpful... However, since Tim's proposals appeared to be closer to the intended meaning in this particular context, I chose his suggestion.
