Swedish term or phrase: bildningshumanism
This comes from a text on the role of art and curating in society, referring to a number of different thinkers and philosophers. The term "bildningshumanism" is used once without any additional context:

"Glissant erbjuder förtröstansfull trygghet i stället för Husserls mer dogmatiska försvar av europeisk bildningshumanism."

As far as I can tell, it refers to a form of humanism based on education, but I wonder whether there might be a more suitable term.

Cultural Humanism

Explanation:
Hello

If "bildning" is taken to mean "nurture" as in "nature v nurture", then the Swedish term may well be Cultural Humanism in English as your own comments suggest ("based on education" which is "bildning").
