Another phrase often seen is \'market-sensitive\'. But I think for strategic contracts and orders, \'market-moving\' is the more natural expression, because it implies the share price has moved. In contrast, \'\'market-sensitive\' implies only that some information might move the market. Or to put it another way, new information is market-sensitive before someone deals, then market-moving as a result of such insider deals.
