available funds Explanation: See the link for an example of the Swedish term that suggests this possibility. I realize it's a somewhat different context than yours, but "available funds" is in fact what first came to mind for me. More explication of your context would help, if possible. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 22 mins (2013-10-11 13:19:22 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Sorry, it appears that ProZ.com choked on the link. Here's another attempt: http://tinyurl.com/mofxuo5 -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 47 mins (2013-10-11 13:44:26 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I think I found your source, or least something that sheds more light on this: http://www.fi.se/upload/20_Publicerat/30_Sagt_och_utrett/10_... It seems likely that your matter has to do with the so-called "capital base quantum limit" under Basel II. I haven't the time right now to run this to earth, but I hope this might help point you in the right direction. Example sentence(s):

available balance/amount Explanation: I'll enter the fray here with another 'available' way of saying this... with reference. While 'funds' is also correct, it has a broader usage than this. So it is your choice. http://www.commercial.hsbc.com.hk/1/2/commercial/online-serv... But don't try to find US gov't websites So as long as you use the word available you're close ... ;-) |
