4 | opt-out premium |

opt-out premium Explanation: See the first link for this definition: Den premie som kan användas till köp av försäkring i valfritt försäkringsbolag (som alternativ till ITP-planen) för anställd som tjänar över 10 inkomstbasbelopp och tillhör ITP-planen. Premien beräknas på lön över 7,5 inkomstbasbelopp (se länk "Aktuella belopp"). I'd use "opt-out premium" on the basis of the examples at the second link below and this, from the first result at that link: The ITP plan for the white-collar workers is a non-poolable plan, but if earning more than 10 base amounts (SEK 511,000 in 2010) there is a possibility to opt out of the plan with the employers' consent. The risk parts in these "opt out solutions" could be pooled. Lately we have seen a trend where the employers create their own premium plan for the "opt out solutions".
