It almost looks as if "moment" is being used here as the equivalent of computer "field".

Hope not to confuse things, but here's an example of where 'moment' appears on its own: Skadebedömningsdetaljer är de uppgifter som skaderegleraren tillför skadeärendet efter bedömning/tolkning av underlaget, exemelvis moment = vår klassificering av händelsen, diagnoskoder etc.

It looks as if losses are classified into various types, so "type of loss" or "loss section" might be the answer.

Unfortunately, it doesn't say much about the policy. It's a table showing the technical requirements of the computer system that will process the claims, the above example being an example of a requirement. It talks of insurance in general, although it does mention war and high-risk areas, so various types and levels of insurance must be provided.
