Bus/Financial - Insurance / underwriting
Swedish term or phrase: dras ned
The document I'm doing is full of poor grammar and spelling errors, and this is a potential one (either that, or my head is now slow!).
Sentence: Naer Flygavdelningen bildades drogs det ned paa saadan underwriting till foermaan foer underwiting paa fakultativ basis.
(NB: Excuse lack of accents - broken keyboard function. Definitely Swedish so I've tried to reproduce the sounds.)
Is anyone of the opinion that 'drogs det ned' could be 'drogs det med', or is there a particular phrase for this verb other than 'dragged down', which sounds totally inappropriate?
Advice/opinions would be appreciated!
