This term appears at the beginning of a judgment by the Supreme Administrative Court (Högsta Förvaltningsdomstolen). I guess it corresponds to something like "contested decision" in English, but I would be grateful to know the correct English legal term. Thanks

Thanks. I think appealed decision should work. "Klandrat avgörande" really sounds a bit archaic, as the common meaning of "klandra" is "to blame", so we are here sort of talking about a "blamed decision". Many thanks

This seems to be the rather circumlocutory UK English wording, but I'm sure any one in UK would understand "Appealed Decision".
