Swedish term or phrase: halvinbakad
I don't think I ever saw a "halfinbakad" pizza before I came to Sweden. I am hoping someone has encountered it and knows the English term for it. This is generally where a pizza is folded high at the edges so that the pizza looks a bit like a rowboat. "Half-baked" has rather negative connotations and besides would not give the right impression at all.

Just a bit short of a panzerotti, the top of a "halvinbakad" pizza remains open revealing the ingredients inside.

Open top pizza/Open Faced Calzone Pizza

Explanation:
I have seen something called an open top pizza which is almost but not quite the same as the "halvinbakad". And I also found an "open faced Calzone pizza".
